Yeah the whole Deo-E and Chomp thing is to allow teams from pre-Platinum to be used, when both were OU.

Yeah, i'll allow one star teams. Since to be quite honest, there are 5 star teams out there that just haven't recieved a rating lol. One star is fine. You never know if someone gave it a 1 star out of hate or what not anyway, mi rite?

Guys, just submit your team. You have 10 days. If I find a problem with it, then i'll let you know personally. But even if a team has 1 star, don't say it here cause for all you know your team could get blown if you mention the slightest aspect about it.

For the most part, this ratings system can be flawed due to 1 vote not showing up as rated. I will allow teams to be submitted that have 1 vote, mainly because of the simple fact that a person could be voting it a 5 star because they like the person, or a 1 star out of dislike.

It's easier to just send me the team, I look over every team. I'll give you a solid answer. If one finds a new team they like, I am not gonna limit you. Go ahead and submit it and I will change the team you currently have.
