I heard the tier wants garchomp anwers! wo chien is ur best friend...what better way to screw it over than to sit on it over and over.
I think garchomp is just... dumb. while garchomp presence is healthy for the tier i think SD chomp is just .. how do you put it. It is often able to BS its way through its checks... scale shot can hit 5 times sometimes and that can be a big difference such as

this means you can just kill pokemon that would otherwise be able to do smth to u and run with the game. for ex. slowking

here u can scald to burn, teleport out, or future sight to chunk it a lot soon. But if you get 5 hits by it then you just die... i think this isnt really smth balanced. Like yeah its a 15% chance to hit 5 times but god forbid you do.... we didnt like moltres-g 20% chance to bs through checks last gen so idk what the diff is here with the scale shot
