It's not dead yet, you got Custap Crustle, Garbodor, Cacturne and Roselia, and you actually got back a Stealth Rocker.
But go ahead and play stall, it'll make Adrian Marin happy.
Thing is Defog Archeops can get easy defogs on pretty much anything to make spikes stacking your main strategy. Qwilfish could taunt + rocky helmet to beat defog chops and other defoggers. Offensive Claydol (the most popular) easily spins on Garbodor and beats ghosties too. Togetic and Pelipper also get pretty easy defogs. Might use cacturne though, as it can spikes on forced switches and hits equally hard.

Note that we'll probably stop doing this once the metas stabilize (tho at that point there probably won't be too many quick-changes anyway).
Quick rises/drops for the month are incredibly boring--four Pokemon rose into new tiers, but in all four cases, they were already in their respective BLs.
