What is the bug?
The IV locks for Raging Bolt, Gouging Fire, Iron Crown, Iron Boulder and Terapagos are not properly implemented. For the former four it can only be 20 or 31 for every stat, for Terapagos it can only be 31 for every stat except attack which can also be 15.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes by setting the IV's to anything other than 20 or 31 (or 15 attack terapagos) in the teambuilder and clicking validate.
