How could you have missed this set? It is the best ever (I've actually used it on a gimmick team in LU (kinda like Smogon's RU):

Minor nitpick that set was probably meant for RU, where Zapdos isn't an issue. Although Charizard should stick to offense, even though it's not too good at it without Specs.
