01. Hone Claws

General Location: Cold Storage
Specific Location: After defeating the Elite Four, go into the open crate inside of the Cold Storage. Zinzolin of the Seven Sages will be standing there and will give you the TM for Hone Claws.
02. Dragon Claw

General Location: Victory Road
Specific Location: From the Pokémon League entrance, head south and slide down the hill. Once you reach the first level, follow the path, and the TM for Dragon Claw should be on the ledge north of the Black Belt.
03. Psyshock

General Location: Giant Chasm
Specific Location: After defeating the Elite Four, go to the Giant Chasm. In the maze of trees after the cave, follow the path until it makes a circle and ends in the south. In that area, the TM is situated in the upper center of many grass patches in a 4x3 grid-like pattern.
04. Calm Mind

General Location: Relic Castle
Specific Location: After defeating the Elite Four, go deep within the Relic Castle and follow Ryoku of the Seven Sages throughout the entire maze. He will be standing before the entrance to the room that contains a wild Volcarona. After finding him, talk to him, and he will give you the TM for Calm Mind.

Specific Location: Traverse the Route and head towards the small opening full of grass near the end. Head west until coming across a bridge, pass the Hiker and the male Veteran, and head east towards the ledge in order to claim the TM.

Specific Location: When entering Route 1, head west towards the shallow islands. Use Surf to reach the island northwest of the Fisherman where the TM for Toxic is found.

Specific Location: The TM for Hail can be bought from the clerk closest to the entrance at the Mistralton City Poké Mart for 50,000 Poké Dollars.
08. Bulk Up

General Location: Route 14
Specific Location: After defeating the Elite Four, go to Route 14, and find Giallo of the Seven Sages. Head to the bridge where a Black Belt can be spotted, and climb up the waterfall at the west. Continue by climbing the next waterfall that lies to the north, and Giallo should be directly to your left afterwards. Talk to him to receive the TM.
09. Venoshock

General Location: Route 15
Specific Location: Head to the center of the route and find the escalators that lead to the north. Use Strength to slot the boulder in place to gain access to these stairs, and climb them to claim the TM nearby.
10. Hidden Power

General Location: Nuvema Town
Specific Location: After seeing 115 Pokémon with the Pokédex, go to Nuvema Town and talk to Professor Juniper. She will give you the TM for Hidden Power.
11. Sunny Day

Specific Location: The TM for Sunny Day can be bought from the clerk closest to the entrance at the Mistralton City Poké Mart for 50,000 Poké Dollars.

Specific Location: Go to the Victory Road entrance and follow the path until you arrive at the Veteran who slid down to the second floor level. Pass him, slide down to the next level, and head towards the easternmost entrance. Keep following the path until you exit at the rightmost gate of the third level. Head right, make it to where the opening in the fence is, and slide down to claim the TM.
13. Ice Beam

Specific Location: After defeating the Elite Four, head to the Giant Chasm. Travel the entirety of the tree maze. Shortly before the entrance to Kyurem's cave, there are two rocks positioned near a ledge—the item ball next to them contains the TM for Ice Beam.

Specific Location: The TM for Blizzard can be bought from the clerk closest to the entrance at the Icirrus City Poké Mart for 70,000 Poké Dollars.

Specific Location: Head to Route 17 and follow the currents in the northwest side until you reach the island that houses the P2 Laboratory. The TM is found in the southwesternmost corner of the island after the scientist.

Specific Location: Traverse the entirety of the Relic Castle until you arrive at the entrance to the deepest part of the ruins. Continually head west until coming across a flight of stairs. After you climb them all and exit, the TM for Earthquake should be near a ledge.

Specific Location: The TM for Return can be bought from the clerk closest to the entrance at the Nimbasa City Poké Mart for 10,000 Poké Dollars.

Specific Location: Follow the main path and head to the Desert Resort on the northwest side of the route. Before entering, go into the northern rest house in Route 4 and speak to the Worker nearest to the entrance to get the TM.

Specific Location: Head to the southwestern part of the route and climb the stairs to the cliff. Use Strength to push the boulder into the hole, and then grab the TM as your reward.
30. Shadow Ball

Specific Location: Enter the castle and follow the path without falling in quicksand until you reach the stairs. Following that, fall into the quicksand to get access to the second floor below. While avoiding quicksand once more, proceed to head to the southwestern part of the floor to get the TM.

Specific Location: In the Pokémon Center, speak to the old lady to get the TM.
32. Double Team

Specific Location: After defeating the Elite Four, go to the southern portion of Route 18. Rood will be standing in the southwesternmost corner of the route and will give you the TM for Double Team.

Specific Location: After entering the Abundant Shrine, traverse the entirety of it past Landorus's shrine until you end up in the southwesternmost corner. In that area, the TM is found east of a ledge.

Specific Location: After entering the route from Icirrus City's side, find the first male Pokémon Ranger and head right. To the northwest of the first body of water is the TM for Sludge Bomb.

Specific Location: Immediately upon entering the Desert Resort, head all the way to the west until you cannot possibly go any further. Hug the wall, and then go north and enter a small opening located directly below a female Pokémon Ranger. Exit the small opening through the west until you spot a male Pokémon Ranger, and then head south to claim the TM.
40. Aerial Ace

Specific Location: After defeating Skyla, speak to a Youngster inside the house that is north of the Pokémon Center. Enter the runway and go to the southwesternmost corner to get the TM.

Specific Location: When entering the route from the Castelia City side, head west and follow the path through the sand until passing a Parasol Lady. Head north until passing two Workers. The TM for Torment is at the dead end of the path.
42. Facade

Specific Location: After exiting from Icirrus City, head to the center of the route where a Trainer Tips sign is located. The Parasol Lady south of that sign will give away the TM for Facade.
43. Flame Charge

Specific Location: A Battle Girl running in the center of the Tubeline Bridge will give away the TM for Flame Charge when you talk to her.

Specific Location: Head to the street that is directly to the right of the Pokémon Center. A Hiker on the 11th floor of the building on the western side gives you the TM for Rest when spoken to.

Specific Location: Enter the Wellspring Cave and simply follow the path without crossing the water in order to get the TM near the ledge.
47. Low Sweep

Specific Location: Enter the cave and use Surf to reach the dark, bottom floor. Follow the path until encountering a body of water to the east, and use Surf once more. At the end, the TM for Low Sweep is found on the small strip of land.

Specific Location: Enter the cave and use Surf to reach the dark, bottom floor. Follow the path until encountering a body of water to the north, and use Surf once more. At the end of the long strip, reach land and head up the stairs to find the TM.

Specific Location: If entering from the Village Bridge side, simply head east until you see a Poké Ball next to the female Pokémon Ranger. This contains the TM for Energy Ball.

Specific Location: After seeing 25 Pokémon with the Pokédex, go to Nuvema Town and talk to Professor Juniper. She will give you the TM for False Swipe.

Specific Location: After defeating the Elite Four, head for the lowest level of the Chargestone Cave. In the southernmost point of that floor, Bronius of the Seven Sages will have you battle two Team Plasma Grunts before he gives you the TM for Rock Polish.

Specific Location: Starting from left to right in the city, head to the second road. This leads to an alleyway where, directly behind the dumpster, there is a man that will give you the TM for Flash as soon as you cross paths with him.
71. Stone Edge

Specific Location: Traverse the entirety of the cave until you are in the deepest floor. Use Surf and immediately take the first path that diverges to the south. When encountering an opening to the west, land and jump over the ledge to claim the TM nearby.

Specific Location: The TM for Volt Switch is received after you defeat Elesa in the Pokémon Gym.

Specific Location: The TM for Struggle Bug is received after you defeat Burgh in the Pokémon Gym.

Specific Location: Go to the second floor of the cave, and push the first possible Strength boulder. Follow the path until you come across the second bounder, and immediately head north. Climb the nearby stairs and follow the path until coming across the dead-end and the TM.

Specific Location: Follow the path until you come across the second house. Head east and cross the dark patch of grass with the raised walkways to find the TM.
82. Dragon Tail

Specific Location: In Pokémon Black, the TM for Work up is received after you defeat Drayden in the Pokémon Gym. In Pokémon White, Iris must be defeated instead.

Specific Location: The TM for Work Up is received after you defeat Cilan, Chili, or Cress in the Pokémon Gym.

Specific Location: After exiting from Driftveil City's entrance, stop by the first bridge and use Surf to get to the strip of land that contains the TM.
85. Dream Eater

Specific Location: Traverse the entirety of the Dreamyard through the basement. When you end up in the southeastern corner outside, follow the path west through the dark patches of grass, and go down the next flight of stairs. The TM for Dream Eater is near the patch of grass at the end of the corridor.

General Location: Pinwheel Forest
Specific Location: After entering the forest, go to the west and follow the path until reaching a junction that is split by a log you can walk through, which is divided into a northern and a southern portion. Go south and follow the path through the grass patches until you see a small body of water in the center. The TM is north of this body of water.

Specific Location: You can buy the TM for Swagger from the leftmost attendant in a Gear Station Exchange Service Corner for 36 BP.

Specific Location: You can buy the TM for Pluck from the leftmost attendant in a Gear Station Exchange Service Corner for 36 BP.
89. U-turn

General Location: Route 13
Specific Location: There is a girl with a Wingull situated atop of a bridge. In order to access the TM, you must find three Grams that are scattered around the route. Gram 1 is found by talking to the old man next to the shore that is visible from where the Wingull is situated. Gram 2 is in the second item ball located farther south of the bridge where the Wingull is. Gram 3 is given to you by a Parasol Lady who is found south of the cliff where the Wingull is. Once all grams are collected, give them to the girl in order for the Wingull to drop the prize.

General Location: Twist Mountain
Specific Location: During Winter, head to Twist Mountain and go to the outside area. Head north and, after climbing the pile of snow, follow the path and enter the cave. Scour the first general area until you encounter a male Ace Trainer, and then follow the path to the west of him until finding the TM.
91. Flash Cannon

General Location: Twist Mountain
Specific Location: Trek through the entire mountain until you get to the bottom floor, and head towards the entrance near the two bulldozers. Follow the path until you arrive at the room with the Icy Rock, and claim the TM in the northeast corner.
92. Trick Room

General Location: Abundant Shrine
Specific Location: Traverse Abundant Shrine until you end up in Landorus's shrine. From there, head east and use Surf to cross the body of water. Briefly follow the path until you find the TM in a corner.
93. Wild Charge

General Location: Victory Road
Specific Location: From the Pokémon League entrance, head south and go to the leftmost part of the male Pokémon Ranger. Slide down until you reach a floor, and then slide down once more and head right across the bridge to get the TM.
94. Rock Smash

General Location: Pinwheel Forest
Specific Location: Before you enter Pinwheel Forest, a Battle Girl will gift the TM to you when spoken to.
95. Snarl

General Location: Castelia City
Specific Location: This TM is special in that it is unobtainable without hacking, as the event item for it was never released. The key to obtaining it is located on the eleventh floor of the left building before the entrance to Route 4. If you hack the Lock Capsule into the game, speaking to Mr. Lock unlocks the capsule, which contains the TM.

General Location: Striaton City
Specific Location: Fennel will offer the HM immediately after you defeat the Striaton City Gym Leader.
02. Fly

General Location: Driftveil City
Specific Location: After defeating Clay, head towards the west exit of Driftveil City and defeat Bianca to get the HM.
03. Surf
Water
General Location: Twist Mountain
Specific Location: Before entering Twist Mountain, battle and defeat Cheren. After you do so, Alder will give away the HM.
04. Strength
Normal
General Location: Nimbasa City
Specific Location: Directly above the Pokémon Center, go into the leftmost house and speak to the Ace Trainer on the first floor. He will give you the HM when spoken to.
05. Waterfall
Water
General Location: Route 18
Specific Location: Make sure you are able to pass the lone house in the middle of the route. Head west past the female Backpacker and find the long, elevated ledge with patches of grass. The HM lies at the end of said path.
06. Dive

General Location: Undella Towm
Specific Location: The Lady who is located near Cynthia's villa to the left of the Pokémon Center will give you the HM when spoken to.
