01. Focus Punch

General Location: Oreburgh Gate
Specific Location: After getting the Coal, Relic, and Mine Badges, go down the second floor of Oreburgh Gate and go across the pool of water. You'll see two Poké Balls. The TM for Focus Punch will be to the north; it requires Rock Smash, Surf, and Strength. Pokémon with Pickup also have a chance to find it.
02. Dragon Claw

General Location: Mt. Coronet
Specific Location: After you've chased Team Galactic out of Mt. Coronet, head back up near the peak of Mt. Coronet and head to a room where a grunt was previously blocking the passage. Go into that passage, and you will find Dragon Claw. The exact location of the passage is on the last snowy part of Mt. Coronet, in the narrow passage that you can only go up and down with Rock Climb and has an entrance on the right side.
03. Water Pulse

General Location: Ravaged Path
Specific Location: After getting the Coal and Relic Badges, go into the Ravaged Path. Water Pulse is in the northeastern part of the Ravaged Path; it requires Rock Smash and Surf.
04. Calm Mind

Specific Location: After defeating the Elite Four, go to the Battle Frontier and buy the TM for Calm Mind for 48 BP.
05. Roar

General Location: Route 213
Specific Location: After getting the Icicle Badge, go to Pastoria City and go through the east exit that leads to Route 213. Use Rock Climb on the jagged part of the cliff on the beach. Roar will be at the top.
06. Toxic

Specific Location: In the rainy area of Route 212, you can find Toxic in the southeast corner of the larger swamp. You can also get the TM for Toxic by buying it from the Battle Frontier for 32 BP after defeating the Elite Four.

Specific Location: The TM for Hail is in the snow just southeast of the Hiker's house.
08. Bulk Up

General Location: Battle Frontier
Specific Location: After defeating the Elite Four, go to the Battle Frontier and buy the TM for Bulk Up for 48 BP.

Specific Location: Go into Route 204 through the Floaroma Town entrance and go to the left. You'll find the TM for Bullet Seed at the end of the small passageway that's made up of fence posts.

Specific Location: After getting either the Relic or the Forest Badge, head west of the Pokémon Mansion on Route 212, and you'll see the TM for Sunny Day; this requires Surf or Cut.

Specific Location: After getting the Coal Badge, go to the east of Eterna City and head into Route 211. Go to the area by the cave entrance that requires Rock Smash. The TM for Taunt is under the bridge.

Specific Location: After getting the Icicle Badge, go to the area of Route 216 that requires Rock Climb. Go up the cliff with Rock Climb, and the TM for Ice Beam will be at the opposite end of that area. You can also buy the TM for Ice Beam at the Veilstone Game Corner for 10,000 coins.
14. Blizzard

General Location: Veilstone City, Lake Acuity
Specific Location: On the third floor of the Veilstone Department Store, the bottom cashier sells the TM for Blizzard for 5,500 Poké Dollars. You can also get the TM for Blizzard in the northwestern corner of the tall grass in the northeastern part of Lake Acuity after you get the Relic and Icicle Badges; this requires Surf and Rock Climb.
15. Hyper Beam

Specific Location: After getting the Relic Badge, go through the Hearthome City exit that leads to Route 209. Cross the bridge that heads down to what seems to be a dead end. At the end of that "dead end," use Surf and go to the small patch of land that's surrounded by trees. You will find the TM for Giga Drain there.

Specific Location: On the third floor in the Veilstone Department Store, the top cashier sells the TM for Safeguard for 2,000 Poké Dollars.

Specific Location: After getting the Relic Badge, you can get the TM for Thunder in the east wall of the tall grass in the southeastern part of Lake Valor; this requires Surf. You can also get the TM for Thunder by buying it on the third floor of the Veilstone Department Store. The bottom cashier sells the TM for Thunder for 5,500 Poké Dollars.
26. Earthquake

General Location: Wayward Cave, Battle Frontier
Specific Location: In the hidden area of Wayward Cave that's under the Cycling Road, go through the puzzle to get to the hidden room. In that hidden room, you'll find the TM for Earthquake. You can also obtain the TM for Earthquake after you defeat the Elite Four by going to the Battle Frontier and buying it for 80 BP. Pokémon can also get it with Pickup.

General Location: Lost Tower, Veilstone City, Sandgem Town
Specific Location: On the fourth floor of the Lost Tower, you will find the TM for Return north of the middle southernmost gravestone. You can also get the TM for Return at the Veilstone Game Corner for 8,000 coins. Professor Rowan also gives you the TM for Return once you leave his Pokémon Research Lab in Sandgem Town after he gives you the Pokédex.

Specific Location: Upon entry into the Ruin Maniac Cave, you'll see the TM for Dig behind some small rocks.

General Location: Route 110, Veilstone City
Specific Location: On the Celestic Town side of Route 210, the TM for Psychic is found at the highest hill of the eastern part of the route; it requires Rock Smash and Rock Climb. You can also get the TM for Psychic at the Veilstone Game Corner for 10,000 coins.
30. Shadow Ball

General Location: Route 210, Battle Frontier
Specific Location: In the foggy area of Route 210, there are two logs that you can cross with your Bicycle. At the end of that path, you will find the TM for Shadow Ball; it requires Rock Smash. You can also get the TM for Shadow Ball by buying it from the Battle Frontier for 64 BP after defeating the Elite Four.
31. Brick Break

General Location: Oreburgh Gate, Battle Frontier
Specific Location: On the lower floor of Oreburgh Gate, the TM for Brick Break is found on the left of the jump ramps on the floor; it requires Rock Smash and either a Bicycle or Surf. You can also get the TM for Brick Break by buying it from the Battle Frontier for 40 BP after defeating the Elite Four.

Specific Location: In the main entrance to Wayward Cave, the TM for Double Team is in the southwestern corner; Flash is recommended. You can also get the TM for Double Team at the Veilstone Game Corner for 4,000 coins.

Specific Location: The TM for Sludge Bomb is southeast of the Galactic Key in the Galactic Warehouse in Veilstone City. You can also get the TM for Sludge Bomb by buying it from the Battle Frontier for 80 BP after defeating the Elite Four.

Specific Location: The TM for Sandstorm on Route 228 is southwest of the two Pokémon Rangers.

Specific Location: After getting the Relic Badge, you can get the TM for Fire Blast in the the southeast corner of the tall grass in the western part of Lake Verity; it requires Surf. You can also get the TM for Fire Blast on the third floor of the Veilstone Department Store; the bottom cashier sells it for 5,500 Poké Dollars.
39. Rock Tomb

Specific Location: After getting the Coal Badge, use Rock Smash on the breakable rocks in the left corner of the main area of the Ravaged Path. After doing that, the TM for Rock Tomb will be surrounded by breakable rocks; accessing it requires Rock Smash.

Specific Location: Smash the rocks that are located next to Dr. Footstep's house. It can also be purchased from the Battle Frontier for 40 BP after defeating the Elite Four.

Specific Location: The TM for Skill Swap is inside the house nearest the entrance to Route 218.

Specific Location: The TM for Snatch is inside the Team Galactic HQ, so you'll need the Storage Key first. In order to get it, talk to the Team Galactic member who is standing in front of the Team Galactic Veilstone building; he'll leave, and the Storage Key will drop to the floor. Pick it up, head to the Team Galactic HQ, and open the door. Go down the stairs and move forward until you find the stairs going up, and ascend them. Follow your path until you reach the room with the female Team Galactic Member who's next to two warp panels. Take the right one in order to get to the TM.

Specific Location: In the main cavern, use Strength to move the big boulder next to the Ace Trainers.

Specific Location: The TM is in a room on the second floor. To get there, you must enter from the northwest door on the first floor. Upon entering the cave, use Rock Climb and then head left. Follow the path and use Rock Climb again. Make your way to the second floor and use Strength to get to the TM for Dark Pulse.
80. Rock Slide

General Location: Mt. Coronet
Specific Location: Upon entering the cave from the Eterna City side, proceed north and use the ladder to get on the first ledge you see, without using Rock Smash. Take the stairs to get off the ledge, proceed left, and move further up until you hit the wall. Use Surf on the patch of water in front of you. Follow the path and use Rock Climb. Take the stairs up and turn left as soon as you're able to. Use Strength and move the boulder in front of you until you can use the stairs. Head north and cross the bridge. Walk until you reach the TM for Rock Slide.

Specific Location: The TM can be found on Route 221 after crossing the large patch of grass. It can also be purchased from the Battle Park for 64 BP.
82. Sleep Talk

General Location: Eterna Forest (shortcut)
Specific Location: Take the left bridge outside Eterna City. Move further left and use Cut. Follow the path until you find the TM for Sleep Talk on the right side of the ledge.

Specific Location: Get the HM for Surf from Cynthia's grandmother inside the ruins after defeating the Galactic Grunt and giving her the Old Charm.

Specific Location: You get the HM for Defog by going to the deepest floor in the Solaceon Ruins, which are next to Solaceon Town.
