What is the bug?
I was playing Gen 9 Random double battles and during the match my prankster Illumise tried to use thunder wave on Spectrier. The move failed and the client stated it was due to prankster not working against dark types, even though there were Spectrier isn't dark type nor did it tera in order to become a dark type. Something else to note is that the pokemon that was in the position of the spectrier the previous turn was a Malamar, who was knocked out by the Illumise. The opponent soon left after the incident, so im unsure if the opponent had anything to do with the issue.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
I'm unsure as to go about trying to replicate what happened.
