Behold, arguably the most threatening and scary restricted Pokemon in the metagame—Zacian-C! Its excellent stats and strong attacking options are only the beginning—Intrepid Sword skyrockets Zacian-C's offensive potential to insane levels as soon as it enters the field. Close Combat and two STAB moves give it a nigh unresisted combination, while Quick Attack picks off the few Pokemon that outpace Zacian-C, such as Choice Scarf Kyogre, Choice Scarf Urshifu formes, Regieleki, and boosted Volcarona. Zacian-C is a very centralizing force in the metagame, so every team must have a solid plan against it, whether it be Choice Scarf users and Regieleki to revenge kill it or defensive checks such as Landorus-T, Zapdos, and Quagsire. As such, Pokemon that can take advantage of those options make for great teammates to Zacian-C; Landorus-T and Zapdos can switch into Zacian-C's revenge killers, while Pokemon like Dracovish and Urshifu-S do a great job breaking past defensive cores alongside it.

Truthfully I can't think of anything to add here but Zacian is very straightforward so that's to be expected. You made special note of Quick Attack which is the big takeaway from this set but otherwise "Zacian hit thing hard" is the bulk of it. Unless chemcoop or someone else has anything to add, this looks good to me.
