Okidogi @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guard Dog
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 196 HP / 252 Atk / 60 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Gunk Shot
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off
- Ice Punch

Doubles OU's fiercest canine packs a punch! With the ability Guard Dog, Okidogi boasts a strong matchup into one of the most used Pokemon, Incineroar. Guard Dog also serves as a deterrent to Ting-Lu-focused teams, as it is unable to be forced out with Whirlwind. Its uncommon typing lends it a few advantages against common metagame threats, with its powerful STAB Gunk Shot letting it comfortably OHKO all Ogerpon formes and Rillaboom. Drain Punch handles Kingambit, Chien Pao, and Incineroar after one boost from Guard Dog. Tera Dragon is chosen to have an even stronger matchup into the Ogerpon formes and to lose its weakness to Landorus's Earth Power and Psychic-type spam. Okidogi's Speed investment lets it outspeed Dragapult and Adamant Choice Scarf Landorus-T in Tailwind. Knock Off and Ice Punch round out the moveset, as Knock Off provides coverage against Gholdengo, while Ice Punch deals with Landorus. Okidogi appreciates teammates that can boost its damage without relying on opposing Intimidate such as Gouging Fire's Howl or Chien-Pao's Sword of Ruin. Chien Pao also has the benefit of providing a secondary way to deal with Landorus.

Tera Dragon is chosen to have an even stronger matchup into the Ogerpon formes, and lose its weakness to Landorus' Earth Power and (Not sure what is missing here, probably mention removing psychic weakness). Okidogi's speed investment outspeeds Dragapult and Adamant Choice Scarf Landorus-T in Tailwind, with the rest of its EVs maximizing Attack and HP. Knock Off and Ice punch round out the moveset, having coverage into strong Psychic types that would give it trouble such as Iron Crown, and Ice Punch for Landorus. Okidogi appreciates teammates who can boost its damage without relying on opposing intimidate such as Gouging Fire's Howl, or Chien-Pao's Sword of Ruin. Chien Pao also has the benefit of providing a secondary way to deal with Landorus. Tailwind from Tornadus is also greatly appreciated due to Okidogi's low speed. Redundant with previous line mentioning using tailwind to outspeed dragapult, remove/merge the mentions for brevity?

I had to be a bit heavier-handed here b/c it is really weird to have this addendum at the end for "ice punch for landorus" when you mention coverage against psychic types (not even by name btw). If you want me to try and workshop a different change for this lmk Okidogi appreciates teammates who that can boost its damage without relying on opposing Intimidate such as Gouging Fire's Howl (RC) or Chien-Pao's Sword of Ruin. Chien Pao also has the benefit of providing a secondary way to deal with Landorus.

The reason I didn't mention a specific Psychic type in the section about Tera is that it covers multiple such as Indeedee, Farigiraf, Hoopa-U, Iron Crown, Hatterene, and so on. Would it be appropriate to say Psyspam?

Also, I realized while implementing this that Crown isn't a great example for Knock Off, so I changed it, please recheck that part and see if that's fine.
