Whimsicott's colorful movepool combined with Prankster allows it to function as a crucial support Pokemon for Grass-type teams. Prankster lets it stop threatening setup sweepers like Mega Scizor with Encore and cripple threats like Volcarona with Stun Spore for the team. Its STAB Moonblast lets it deal with troublesome Dark-, Dragon-, and Fighting-type threats for Grass such as Mega Sableye, Kyurem-B, and Mega Gallade. U-turn allows Whimsicott to keep up momentum and bring in a teammate safely. Pixie Plate can also be used to score easier KOs with Moonblast against Pokemon like Mega Gallade and Latios after some chip damage. Ferrothorn makes for a good teammate, as it covers Whimsicott's common weaknesses and provides entry hazard support, while Whimsicott deals with Fighting-type Pokemon for it. Mega Venusaur acts as a defensive switch-in for Ice- and Fire-type attacks due to Thick Fat, whereas Whimsicott deals with Dragon-types, which Mega Venusaur has a hard time beating.

i tried to get this under the character limit (was 2 over) and instead increased the count by 1.. lol. i think we should be good tho. gp 1/1 once done
