XY LC vs. Knock Off

So LC is not my primary tier, but I've played for a few formats, and I got a leg up on this one before LC Ubers stole away everything I held dear. Now I run a generally consistent team, that can compete with the meta OK I suppose... it lacks anything particularly effective though. I was thinking though; I want to run something a touch more effective than Skrelp, and possibly even replace Honedge as well.

Elekid @ Choice Specs
Ability: Vital Spirit
Level: 5
EVs: 240 SpA / 28 SpD / 240 Spe
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Psychic
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Thunderbolt

Elekid is the staple of the team. He is a basic specs set, nothing special to see. Because his breakup of 240 28 240 gives him exactly 16 Special attack, a specs works perfectly, unlike Abra for example, who would have suffered from having an odd Special Attack. He's the fastest thing in regular LC save the odd Voltorb. Diglett is a hard counter of course, but winning the speed tie, I have coverage against most threats- a T-Bolt 2HKO'ing anything. It rarely gets walled up, and I typically use it to scout.

Mantyke @ Eviolite
Ability: Water Absorb
Level: 5
EVs: 196 Def / 116 SpA / 196 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Haze

Mantyke- whilst not an ideal special defensive wall- plays his part well. I need him to switch into scalds, and should that happen he becomes a great sweep stopper. Electric coverage is common, but its rarely OHKO'd, and wins most stall wars.

Vullaby (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Overcoat
Level: 5
EVs: 38 HP / 236 Def / 236 SpD
Bold Nature
- Whirlwind
- Defog
- Roost
- Knock Off

Vullaby is the most meta thing on the team, and is an effective phaser and wall. I don't run hazards on this team specifically because Vullaby is so consistent. Abra sort of destroys it, but I am generally able to get my knock off off on whosoever I am targeting. The phasing obviously is an ineffective tactic for damaging, as I run no hazards and also defog, but I find that set up sweepers really can hurt this team: hence my 2 sweep stoppers.

Skrelp @ Eviolite
Ability: Poison Point
Level: 5
EVs: 196 HP / 116 SpA / 196 SpD
Calm Nature
- Acid Armor
- Scald
- Sleep Talk
- Rest

I'm going to immediately say that I don't like having 3 rest talkers, and that Skrelp isn't great, but I find that his defensive typing really suits the tier. He typically gets to get off an Acid armour, which let's him be a pretty strong wall. I want to replace him with perhaps a bulky fighting type.

Honedge @ Eviolite
Ability: No Guard
Level: 5
EVs: 92 Atk / 196 Def / 220 SpD
Impish Nature
- Toxic
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Shadow Sneak

Honedge is of course great, and specifically for this team he works pretty well. I might consider changing the rest talk set, I realise that I would do better with a more offensive set. He checks most of the threats to my team, and can 2HKO Anorith with Shadow Sneak. I don't feel great about running Toxic, I might drop it for Sacred Sword or Rock Slide.

Cranidos @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
Level: 5
EVs: 236 Atk / 60 SpD / 212 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Rock Polish
- Crunch
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

Finally, Craniados who I replaced a Spinarak with. His sweeping potential is amazing, plus he is pretty bulky. I might cut EQ for Zen Headbutt. That being said, save Elekid, he plays the most consistent on the team.

I'm asking for substitutions for the Pokemon I mentioned, new sets, criticism, and the lot. I find that Sneasel and fast Knock off users in general are a problem, so I'm fishing for some solutions if aybody has any.
