Victini is a wallbreaker with high Base Power moves, using its typing to consistently pivot on Pokemon such as Corviknight and check fast offensive Pokemon such as Tapu Lele, Volcarona, and Kyurem. V-create is immensely strong. Bolt Strike is great coverage for bulky Water-types such as Slowking and Tapu Fini. Glaciate, even with a Jolly nature, can 2HKO threats such Dragonite and Garchomp. U-turn is used to catch switches to checks and pivot safely. Tapu Koko is a great partner, as it can power up Bolt Strike with Electric Terrain and break through shared checks such as Garchomp. Garchomp is able to switch into Heatran and Tyranitar well while inviting Clefable, Skarmory, and Corviknight in, giving Victini switch-in and wallbreaking opportunities. Tapu Fini can switch into Heatran and Tyranitar and cripple Toxapex and Slowking with Choice Scarf, letting Victini freely use its strongest move.

Bolt Strike is great coverage for bulky Water-types such as Slowking and Tapu Fini. Glaciate, even with a Jolly nature, can 2HKO threats such Garchomp. U-turn is used to pivot on Heatran and Tyranitar that would otherwise check it well. Tapu Koko is a great partner, as it can power up Bolt Strike's power to OHKO Pokemon such as Tornadus-T, and break through shared checks such as Garchomp. Buzzwole is able to pivot into Pokemon such as Ground- and Grass-type attacks from Landorus-T and Kartana, while not being susceptible to Knock Off. Tapu Fini can switch into Heatran and Tyranitar and cripple Blissey, Toxapex, and Slowking with Choice Scarf. Weavile and Urshifu-R appreciate Victini breaking down their shared checks such as Clefable and Corviknight, allowing them to break through teams much easier.

• the main thing making victini good in this tier imo is the amount of entry that it gets because of its typing vs fairies and steels - no mention of it here tho
• 2nd sentence is kinda weird, would prefer to describe it as a wallbreaker courtesy of its high bp moves and coverage. also nice to note that it’s an ok check to otherwise offense killers like lele kyu volc as you’ve already said, + the point above

Tapu Fini can switch into Heatran and Tyranitar and cripple Toxapex and Slowking with Choice Scarf, letting Victini freely use its strongest move.
