Rejected VGC format with mandatory Open Team Sheets and Best of Three

It would be amazing to have an actual VGC format, which follows the rules of The Pokemon Company format, so with mandatory Open Team Sheets and Best of three matches.

In the upcoming 2023/24 season the Pokemon Video Game Championship (VGC) circuit, as you can see in the official Pokemon website, will include 7 types of events.
6 out of the 7 (Premier Challenges, Midseason Showdowns, Regional Championships, Special Events, International Championship and World Championships) will follow the format I described before, with mandatory Open Team Sheets and Best of Three matches.
1 out of the 7 (Global Challenges) will be online competitions played through Battle Stadium, and will use the Battle Stadium format, so without Open Team Sheets and Best of One matches.

Adding a VGC format would be extremely helpful to VGC players, who will be able to train and test in the format they are going to play in the official events.

The idea would be to modify the current format to follow the offical VGC format, or, even better, create two separate formats:
one that follows official VGC format, so with mandatory Open Team Sheets and Best of Three matches (which could be named "VGC 2023 Regulation D", like the current one);
and the other that follows the official Battle Stadium Doubles format, so without Open Team Sheets and Best of One matches (which could be named "Battle Stadium 2023 Regulation D Doubles" or "Battle Stadium Regulation D Doubles").
Then Regulation E, Regulation F, etc. as Pokemon releases new regulations.

With the two different formats, it would cover VGC players who want to test for the upcoming official events, and casual players who just want to play Pokemon like in Battle Stadium with easier Team Building, and also players who just enjoy playing in the current Showdown VGC format. It would also cover the Global Challenges in the VGC circuit, because as I said they follow the Battle Stadium Doubles format.

Now I wrote about Open Team Sheets and Best of Three matches because it's the current ruleset, but it would be awesome if Showdown VGC format would follow official format as it evolves.
So if, for example, next month The Pokemon Company decides that in the VGC events matches would be Best of Five, or if they remove the Open Team Sheets, the VGC Showdown format would follow that ruleset.

I see that in Pokemon Showdown introduction ( Intro - Pokémon Showdown! (pokemonshowdown.com) ) there is already the distinction between Battle Stadium Doubles and VGC, so I suppose it's just not implemented this year in the formats.

I saw a similar suggestion thread, about a Best of Three format in VGC, but I would like to add mandatory Open Team Sheets, also because I believe (I have zero knowledge in programming, so I could be completely wrong) this would be easier to implement than Best of Three.
