Thunderbolt hits Skarmory, Corviknight, Pelipper, and Greninja, while Flamethrower can also deal with Skarmory and Corviknight in addition to Gholdengo. Ice Beam checks problematic Flying-types like Landorus and Zapdos, while Earthquake can be used to target down special walls that want to take on Hisuian Goodra such as opposing Hisuian Goodra and Alolan Muk along with completing its coverage against Steel, allowing Hisuian Goodra to deal with Heatran. Draco Meteor enables Hisuian Goodra to be less passive by being able to dish out an immense burst of damage; alternatively, Dragon Pulse can more reliably check threats like Substitute Hydreigon. Heavy Slam allows for Hisuian Goodra to easily deal with Articuno and Primarina; however, Dragon Tail can be used to phaze setup sweepers like Galarian Moltres and rack up damage from entry hazards set up by Hisuian Goodra's teammates. The EV Spread allows for Hisuian Goodra to outspeed Skarmory along with paralyzed threats like Keldeo and Iron Moth and lets it OHKO Latios with Draco Meteor. A Sassy nature allows for Hisuian Goodra to take more damage against foes such as Choice Specs Dragapult, while a Quiet nature gives more power to Hisuian Goodra's special attacks, allowing it to potentially OHKO threats such as Raging Bolt.


Skarmory and Corviknight pair excellently with Hisuian Goodra thanks to their Flying typing giving them a Fighting neutrality and Ground immunity, making them able to come in on threats such as Sneasler, Great Tusk, and Quagsire. Meanwhile, Skarmory and Corviknight appreciate Hisuian Goodra's ability to deal with threats like Greninja and Hisuian Zoroark. Gholdengo provides solid support thanks to its Ghost typing blocking Fighting-type attacks from the likes of Skarmory, Iron Hands, and Zamazenta along with providing Thunder Wave support. Iron Treads supports Hisuian Goodra by being able to use Rapid Spin to remove hazards to provide Hisuian Goodra safe entry along with dealing with Garchomp and Landorus thanks to Ice Spinner. Hisuian Goodra appreciates Archaludon's ability to take on physical attackers such as Kingambit and Ceruledge, which immensely scare Hisuian Goodra. Hisuian Goodra appreciates Kingambit and Scizor being able to pick off faster threats like Meowscarada, Iron Boulder, and Iron Valiant with their powerful priority moves, while Kingambit and Scizor greatly appreciate Hisuian Goodra's ability to remove Skarmory and Corviknight.

Ice Beam is used to check problematic Flying-types like Landorus and Zapdos while Earthquake can be used to target down special walls that want to take on Hisuian Goodra such as opposing Hisuian Goodra and Alolan Muk (also completes its coverage vs steel, nailing Heatran). Draco Meteor enables Hisuian Goodra to be less passive by being able to dish out an immense burst of damage. Alternatively, Dragon Pulse can be used to more reliably check threats like Substitute Hydreigon. Heavy Slam allows for Hisuian Goodra to easily deal with Articuno and Primarina. However Dragon Tail can be used to phaze out setup sweepers like Galarian Moltres and rack up damage from hazards setup by Hisuian Goodra's teammates. The EV Spread used allows for Hisuian Goodra to outspeed Skarmory along with Paralyzed threats like Keldeo and Iron Moth along with allowing it to OKHO Latios with Draco Meteor. Sassy allows for Hisuian Goodra to be a solid mixed attacker while Modest (it cant be modest, this set ensures that there's always a phys attack) is primarly used if going all in on special attacks.

Hisuian Goodra appreciates Archaludon's ability to take on physical attackers such as Kingambit and Ceruledge which immensely scare Hisuian Goodra. Hisuian Goodra appreciates Kingambit and Scizor being able to pick off faster threats like Meowscarada, (iron Valiant@sciz?)Flutter Mane and Iron Boulder with their powerful priority while Kingambit and Scizor greatly appreciate Hisuian Goodra's ability to remove Skarmory and Corviknight.

Thunderbolt and Flamethrower provide solid utility in checking Skarmory and Corviknight with Thunderbolt being able to check foes like Greninja and Pelipper while Flamethrower can deal with Gholdengo.

Just combine Greninja and Pelipper with Skarmory and Corvi since your just clicking T Bolt against them all together. Sentence flows weird here

A Sassy allows for Hisuian Goodra to take more punishment against foes such as Choice Specs Dragapult while Quiet gives more power to Hisuian Goodra's special attacks allowing it to potetionally OKHO threats such as Raging Bolt.
