Vaporeon

[SET]
name: (Rain Tank/sweeper)
ability: Hydration
move 1: Rest
move 2: Work Up
move 3: Scald/Surf
move 4: Stored Power
item: Leftovers
nature: Bold
evs: 192 HP / 252 DEF / 64 SP DEF

Why this set deserves to be on-site:
This set can be invincible if your opponent cannot counter it.
The strategy in this set is to keep building your stats and resting
obviously you need to know against which Pokemon you should.(It can power up easily against Chansy, Blissey burned Ferrothorn, Gastrodon and many other walls)

I think scald is a better choice than surf (30% burn is really useful) and the secret weapon is Stored Power.

each time you Work Up, Stored Power gets an additional base attack of 40
its easy to buildup so try to get as many as posible. with a good team support this set can win many games, use it wisely.

6 Work Up :
1024 SP ATT
Stored Power =260

5 Work Up
896 SP ATT
Stored Power =220

4 Work Up
786 SP ATT
Stored Power = 180

3 Work Up
640 SP ATT
Stored Power = 140

2 Work Up
512 SP ATT
Stored Power = 100

1 Work Up
384 SP ATT
Stored Power = 60

Team Mates and Counters:
Your Team Obviously needs a "Rain Maker" Politoad, Status Supporters taking advantage that Vaporeon is a great status free wall with acces to Rest
Toxic Spikes or Toxic inducers.
Be careful against Celebi,Breloom,Ferrothorn,Serperior and other grass types
Pokemon with Hurricane or flying type moves are great support
Against electric types you should have a ground type or one with volt absorb or lightningrod.

Ferrothorn can badly cripple with Leech Seed and then start to spam Spikes / Stealth Rock, and Stored Power Vaporeon is, in my opinion, too gimmick. You won't be usually able to set up more than two Work Up, and set-up threats are just too strong to be handled. Also Phazers will laugh at this set, and Intimidate abusers can decrease Stored Power's power.

Personal opinion: I don't think Stored Power is a good move. It can kick ass on fast sweepers such as Calm Mind Espeon or Cosmic Power Sigilyph, but it's very situational

I'd rather have Baton Pass > Stored Power, so it can pass those boosts to a more productive sweeper.

There's already a hydration tank set onsite, and the set you listed looks terrible. You will never get more 3-6 work ups in a match, so I those calcs are pretty irrelevant. You also didn't follow the proper format for posting an analysis.

Sorry, but I have to lock this. Next time, submit a better set and follow the format.
