  • Follow all rules listed here.​
  • Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for me to make decisions for activity calls when I can actually see what went down with scheduling.​
  • If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to me or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.​
  • Substitutions may be made after a week has started. When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.​
  • If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.​
  • Replays are mandatory. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, they contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later.​
  • Managers: Please send me your lineups in the same format that I used to post pairings. It makes it much easier to post future rounds more quickly.​

SV UUbers: Fc vs tko - gl memcho bro LOL let's hope we don't see tbs...
SS UU: sol vs Nat - ss is pretty prep heavy and thus always hard to call but the prims have a lot more data on sol than the fluggies do on Nat. Ultimately hard to bold against the better clicker in that spot but sol has killed it here and there's not much margin for error in builder for Nats support.
SM UU: vivalospride vs Beraldo - close but ultimately anticipate viv to care more and pull out a win
ORAS UU: Ainzcrad vs col49 - ainz is good however after the Sam aggron game I question their ability to handle cols nonsense
BW UU: roxie vs Mister McLovin - when in doubt bold the superior username
DPP UU: DugZa vs Drud - big drud believer buy dugza has won a lot of games
ADV UU: FadedCharm vs Isza - feels kinda flippy but seems like people are higher on fadedcharm
GSC UU: DAWNBUSTER vs Celebiii - feels like there's a joke here but I would hate for my sense of humour to cause upset
RBY UU: Amaranth vs Sabelette - I feel like im yet to predict an Amaranth game correctly so we'll see if that continues

Tiebreaks cos I was asked
SV UU: Vivalospride vs Meru - think its hard for the prims to move away from the meru etern sv combo in tbs, the fluggies have a few sv options but my guess is viv slots here and this is the mu The People want to see, but the start of scl could complicate things. Meru is the goat and one of the few people who can avoid the curse of my predicts. Still close but can't predict against 8-0
SV UU: Mada vs etern - not 100% sure they'd slot mada here but I would find it hard to move away from their best starter to this point. Another close one but I have too much faith in the prims sv core to bold against them.
Ubers UU: Fc vs tko - there's a chance the prims slot someone else but idk if they even have anyone to build here and Fc is the best player in this tier and undefeated, hard to see an upset happening

Congrats to the prim!

I wanted to take a second to thank my very dear friend boomp for being there with me every single week learning ADV UU from scratch with me at the start of the tour. I really can't emphaize how fun it was to make teams with cool mons we haven't seen since the handheld DS era of pokemon. Cawil Maxamad I DIDN'T FORGET ABOUT YOU EITHER BUDDY THANKS FOR EVERYTHING

Thanks Floss and DugZa for drafting me and giving me the chance to play.

Lily - thank you for managing together, i know we were a bit concerned about our own activity at points but thankful that we were able to get an amazing squad to relieve some of that pressure. it was a lot of fun and hope to see you lead the idols (presumably) to victory next uupl too

Meru etern Queen of Bean - yall were an excellent sv core and seriously dominated throughout this tour I greatly appreciate the amount of effort that was put in to stay on top of the meta. Queen of Bean constantly helped outside of sv too (sorry for having you dpp and uubers). Meru getting ranked #1 and going 8-0?? super impressive stuff (and of course 8-2 etern and 6-1 QOB too). etern we'll MMO together one of these days..

Nat - appreciate you not checking out of this tour after the rough start and putting in a lot of effort for playoffs. I'm very confident the heat would have worked in BW should we have fumbled one of the other tiebreak games. Getting to fuck around in SS was pretty fun too even if final was something safer (keeping them secret bc they WILL win later :mandibuzz: ...)
Beraldo - apologies for the occasional builder error, your games were always a pleasure to watch (besides when we're getting lucked); youre always proving yourself as one of the best pilots to pick up in these tours.

col49 - we haven't teamed much (if at all) and i was impressed with your prepping abilities and was more than happy to pick you up when Meru talked about UUPL. latter season was rougher for you but you were truly a valuable asset from start to finish outside of oras too

Mister McLovin - mclover!! was elated to team with you again after uusd and you didnt disappoint. stayed on the ball with prep and didnt shy away from fun ideas. i know a tour is going to go well when i get to see you immediately drop a "hey guys it's mclovin" gif right off the bat

Isza - i think you meant to delete your signup but im glad you got a uu ring now, youre one of the best on the site when youre dedicated. thanks for putting in time for tests and stuff in a tier you werent super familiar with and your @everyone s make me smile even if i get tempted to drop a KYS sticker in the moment

Celebiii - a lot of people will look at our team and immediately be gagged by our sv core but your run this season was sick too. 6-3 is very strong and i still remember our first uufpl-- youve improved a lot and really found your groove with gsc. not to mention solid prep in and out of your own slot and being a fantastic team chat presence in general. hope to continue seeing you as a staple in these tours. and of course go sandacondas!!
Sabelette Ice Yazu - one of the first things i said when planning out the draft with lily was making sure neither of us had to check the rby channel LMAO. and that's exactly how it went-- you guys worked great together and even when rby was rby stayed motivated and ready to get back at em. also s/o our 100% smogon blind draft win rate Sab :sphearical:

First things first I want to Congratulate the Prims on their UUBD win. You were terrific during the regular season and deserved this win. Now this was my first non FPL team tournament, and I had a lot of fun on the Sinistchas. I would first like to apologize to my team for my 1-3 record. Some of these loses were very avoidable due to poor play on my part and I hope to improve a lot in the future.
Now on to the shoutouts.
DugZa Floss -Thank you for drafting me and giving me a chance to play. I was not expecting to play in many matches but playing in four matches was more than enough to make me happy. For DugZa your performances in DPP were wonderful and helped elevate our team a ton. You both will be terrific managers in SCL.
Mada -Your SV ideas were very interesting and you were a great teammate as well; offering tests, building great teams, and being an all around great chat presence. I remember when you won with DD Iron Thorns, which is a memory that will be in my head for a while.
ThatOneApple -You were phenomenal in prep. Whenever I went into your prep channel there was always at least 50 unread messages. You are a great player, and a great chat presence to boot.
kimerCat -You were a phenomenal chat presence, always trying to help the team win, whatever that be by providing scouts, constantly preparing and testing your teams, making sure they are ready for the week. Thanks for being such a great player.
Fc -The GOAT. Your 8-0 in Ubers UU is the stuff of legends. We would have not anywhere near as good without you.
sol -you were the biggest surprise of the tour. I remember the PR's had you near the bottom of the pool, and you pulled off a 7-2 record.
vivalospride -You are the key cog of the team, providing prep for not only SM, but also SV, and ORAS. You are very knowledgeable about mons and also was the heart of soul of the team, cheering me up after I lost a brutal game in week 2.
Ainzcrad -you were fantastic in ORAS, proving everyone wrong after being ranked near the bottom of the ORAS pool. You were a fantastic chat presence, always prepping in the ORAS channel.
roxie -Your BW advice and teambuilding was great. I remember you giving me feedback on the teams that I made in BW and being very meticulous in prep. You were a fantastic part of the team, always trying to help us win.
FadedCharm -you were extremely dedicated to prep, always testing, always asking for feedback, always refining your teams. You also were a phenomenal chat presence, always full of positivity. You are going to be great in future tours.
DAWNBUSTER -You are actually the GSC UU GOAT. Your teams were always of the highest quality. One moment I remember is when you 6-0ed SANKE CARP with BP Granbull. Thank you for being one of the best GSC UU players of all time.
Amaranth - I know you had a rough tour, with most of your losses being due to RNG. You are a phenomenal player, and you were always dedicated to prepping and getting better.
feen -your record doesn't show how good of a player you are. You subbing in for Dawnbuster in week 5 will be a moment I will remember from this tour for a while.
IamLowTier -I know you had a rough tour. This tour doesn't reflect how good of a player you truly are. Subbing in for us in semis and winning in BW was huge for us.
DiannieRatson -You were a huge help in ADV and RBY, providing scouts and trying to help out the team any way you could.
boomp - You were part of the team in every way except on the roster. You were constantly available for test games, helping out FadedCharm with ADV, and being a very positive person. You were the GOAT Helper of the team.
Attribute and umbry -Thank you for both helping us during playoffs. Your prep really was appreciated, even if we lost in finals.
One last shoutouts to Akeras and BoingK for being such wonderful hosts. You both are the unsung heroes of this tour.
With all of that said, I had a great time with the Sinistchas, even though I had a poor record and I hope to continue to improve!
