[UU Beta] Mega-Aggron Team

INTRODUCTION:
Sup fella's!
This is my first RMT, so please bear my mistakes and I hope you don't find it boring (much less enjoyable). Okay, now let's begin with the team.
Note: changed are highlighted in red.

Team Building Process:

I really liked Mega Aggron, so I knew I wanted to base this team off of him. He was my first addition.

I immediately knew that Aggron could only take a number of hard hits, so I added a cleric that resisted/was immune to all 3 of it's weaknesses: Latias

Next, I added Scolipede to serve as a late-game sweeper. I've gotten numerous sweeps with this thing, all it needs is one free SD on a weak attack (such as swampert's scald) and speed boost will help it sweep entire teams with it's monstrous attack.

I needed a good lead that could destroy hazard-setters (bar Deo-D). Also, Darmanitan serves as my revenge killers, when it kills other pokemon that set-up on me. It can also outspeed Scolipede with one Speed Boost.

I added Hydreigon for my special attacker and second wall breaker. It hasn't failed me.

Finally, I noticed a considerable dragon weakness (namely Hydreigon and Haxorus), so I added Florges, which also works nicely with Aggron as a second wish-passer when Latias dies (which happens often).
d
I removed florges, and added chansey, which had far greater bulk and more HP to wish-pass.

I also removed hydreigon for zapdos, who isn't weak to dragon so my team can stab balanced.

The Main Team:

much tank (Aggron) @ Aggronite
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Sassy Nature
- Metal Burst
- Heavy Slam
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock

This thing is a beast. It can live any unboosted physical attack in the game, and hit back hard with metal burst. As for a surprise factor, I slapped the EV's into SpDef so it can also live medium-powered super effective special attacks such as zapdos' heat wave and OHKO back with metal burst. Mostly things like Deoxys will taunt me when I switch in, but to their surprise I'm an all-out attacking set and I OHKO them with Heavy Slam. Only downside is that it doesn't have recovery, but that's taken care by two of my other pokemon.

Latias_BW.gif
Latias_espalda_G5.gif

so levitate (Latias) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 240 SDef / 16 Spd
Calm Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Draco Meteor
- Defog

My first Specially-defensive pokemon. It passes wishes with ease to heal up Aggron. It's also surprisingly fast for a wall, and it can damage things with it's STAB draco meteor as well. It has amazing synergy with Aggron and Darmanitan, taking all special attacks which are thrown towards it.

Chansey_XY.gif

very heal (Chansey) (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Serene Grace
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 Def / 252 HP / 252 SDef
Careful Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell
- Seismic Toss

Chansey serves as my second cleric when Latias is dead/injured, healing those t-waves and will-o-wisps that really harm my two wall breakers. Chansey was my replacement for florges, as it offers superior bulk, and can pass on much more HP.
Darmanitan_XY.gif

wow (Darmanitan) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Earthquake
- Superpower

My lead pokemon/revenge killer/wall breaker. This beast serves a lot of roles, most of which it often fulfils with ease. If the opposing lead is anything other than a mega aggron, focus sash Bisharp (or focus sash anything, for that matter), or Deoxys-D, it will fear the monstrosity that is Darmanitan. Opposing defensive-walls like Swampert won't like taking a STAB Sheer Force Flare Blitz on the switch which is a 3HKO to most of them.

Zapdos_XY.gif

such scare (Zapdos) @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Spd / 160 SAtk / 36 Atk / 60 HP
Naive Nature
- Heat Wave
- Discharge
- Steel Wing
- Roost

Behold, my second surprise factor on my team, after Mega Aggron. I bluff running a Scarf set on Zapdos. This forces other people to switch into their special walls, who will be greeted by a friendly Steel Wing. I would like some suggestions on the item however, because I think Life Orb negates the 'choice scarf bluff' on the second move.

Scolipede_XY.gif

many bug (Scolipede) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Speed Boost
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide

Finally, last but not least, my sweeper and late-game cleaner: Scolipede. It wrecks havoc on any team which has no answer to OHKO'ing it on the first move (or a faster revenge killer). I won many times just by clean-sweeping an entire team with this thing. I'd like some advice on the item (again lol), because i don't think black sludge helps on such an offence-based pokemon.

Importable:

much tank (Aggron) @ Aggronite
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Sassy Nature
- Metal Burst
- Heavy Slam
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock

so levitate (Latias) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 240 SDef / 16 Spd
Calm Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Draco Meteor
- Defog

many bug (Scolipede) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Speed Boost
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide

wow (Darmanitan) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Earthquake
- Superpower

very heal (Chansey) (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Serene Grace
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 Def / 252 HP / 252 SDef
Careful Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Aromatherapy
- Seismic Toss

such scare (Zapdos) @ Life Orb
Ability: Static
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Spd / 160 SAtk / 36 Atk / 60 HP
Naive Nature
- Heat Wave
- Discharge
- Steel Wing
- Roost

Conclusion:

Thanks for reading my first RMT. Your comments are appreciated and I'd love your help. (Also, please remind me if I missed something ;p)

Hi there! This team looks fairly promising!
There are changes I would make however, from my experiences playing UU in gen 6. Mega-Aggron NEEDS stealth rock, metal burst seems to be unnecessary for mega aggron, it doesn't take enough damage n_n I like the idea of a wish-pass core to help mega-aggron regain hp since it lacks recovery of its own yet i would not use Latias for the job. I would suggest Chansey as a core with mega-aggron, mainly for its massive special bulk but i would also keep Latias to check fighting types that can take both Aggron and Chansey. Latias > Hydreigon, Hydreigon is checked/countered too easily by fairies especially Florges. Darmanitan is better off with a choice band or you could use victini instead with a choice scarf, mainly because V-Create>Flare Blitz, still has access to u-turn and also bolt strike for coverage which Darmanitan does not have access to. With Chansey being a wish-passer for the team, there is no need for florges in the team, perhaps zapdos would be a better choice for its immunity to ground attacks and good bulk.

Thanks for the rate. I replaced stone edge with Stealth Rock, because i agree that rocks are crucial to any team. As for metal burst, i feel it's a critical part of specially defensive aggron, because however well it takes physical attacks, it's much weaker against special attacks and needs immediate answers. also, i KO opposing darmanitan by metal bursting their flare blitzes often.

I replaced florges with chansey, due to it's superior bulk. However, i did lose my team's main dragon counter there.

As for hydreigon, I replaced him with a Zapdos.

The only thing I disagree on is v-create>flare blitz, because i believe they reach the same power after darmanitan's superior attack and added sheer force bonus. Also, scarf is essential to my darmanitan because it's speed isn't really it's high point, and it wouldn't be an effective revenge killer if it wasn't scarfed.

If you want to bluff Choice on Zapdos but still want an offensive item may I suggest Expert Belt > Life Orb. Expert Belt helps you on both ends of the offensive spectrums and doesn't have the recoil that gives away that you are holding a Life Orb.

For Chansey may I suggest running Def EVs and Bold Nature > SpDef EVs and Careful nature. Chansey is already stupidly bulky on the Special side with that HP, natural Special Defence and Eviolite, though by investing in its Def and HP it becomes an excellent mixed wall, and gives more chances for it to do its job as a cleric instead of being forced out by any Physical attacker. Also may I suggest Softboiled > Protect. This way you give your opponent no free turns while you heal up Chansey and you don't have any residual damage whatsoever which you could stall for.

You have two weaknesses to EQ. I'd change that. I don't feel synergy with this team. Using Aggron as a lead cool.. But you have no real fire counter. Which you have two weaknesses towards. Scolipede doesn't have the defenses to tank hits, and SD and get speed boosts. SpD is lacking on it. I'd find another stratgey or Sub+Baton pass so you can pass off those stats to someone who could use them better.

But a Zygarde can setup all over you. Sub + Coil and what answer do you have? Latias?

252+ Atk Zygarde Outrage vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Latias: 392-464 (107.6 - 127.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO

0 SpA Latias Draco Meteor vs. 104 HP / 0 SpD Zygarde: 318-374 (83 - 97.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
<-- (based off of yours)

I'd suggest another Dragon. Maybe Zygarde himself. You lose defog sure, and protect which just gives Zygarde the chance he needs to DD or Coil.

Aggron is a good Poke. I like him. I'd just find some better synergy. Also you may become taunt bait, but I'd go toxic over seismic toss. Just me.

^
Firstly to make up for his 2 Earthquake weaknesses (one of them being Mega-Aggron with enough physical bulk as well as Filter to be able to take a few Earthquakes) he his 2 ground immunities in Latias and Zapdos.

Scolipede is functioning as a sweeper, and as of such bulk isn't what it needs to fulfil its role. A lot of sweepers in the tier with poor bulk such as Crawdaunt and Ambipom have chances to set up DDances and PuP respectively. People really underestimate Scolipede as a sweeper, but with 100 base attack with access to Swords Dance, and 112 base speed and access to Speed Boost it is incredibly potent in UU as a sweeper.

Your Zygarde argument if fair though, not that there are that many in UU at the moment, and a Draco Meteor doing that much damage makes it rather easy to revenge kill afterwards. I'm not sure where you go the HP EVs from but you could simply invest enough Special attack EVs into Latias to ensure an OHKO after SR or something.

You may want a Toxic on Chansey though, because otherwise you have no way to get past stall, with no residual damage outside of SR.
