For Sub-Zero Used tier shifts, here’s what changed:
Honchkrow moved from ZU to SU
In terms of guaranteed projected tier shifts, which are Pokemon that are above 6.67% average usage in a higher tier:
Qwilfish-Hisui will move from ZU to PU
Glastrier will move from SUBL to ZU
Sneasel-Hisui will move from SUBL to ZU
Poliwrath will move from SU to ZU
Spiritomb will move from SU to ZU
The post above just uses the average usage for projections to my knowledge, but here’s what is projected to change for SU based on the usual system of weighting usage towards the most recent month:
Thwackey could move from NFE to PU
Sandaconda could move from SU to ZU
Toedscruel could move from SU to ZU
Weezing could move from SU to ZU
Farigiraf could move from ZU to SUBL
Abomasnow could move from ZU to SU
Froslass could move from ZU to SU
Hitmonchan could move from ZU to SU
Lurantis could move from ZU to SU
Orthworm could move from ZU to SU
Sableye could move from ZU to SU

Wow UU really about to screw RU over huh? And with Gweezing leaving for OU realistically (unless OU ladder does dumb stuff) then rip.

The changes are now every 3 or 4 months, I think.
