Thanks to Wicked Blow's guaranteed critical hits, Urshifu-S can safely ignore opponents trying to stall, such as Pecharunt. Custap Berry helps Urshifu-S defeat opposing Volcanion and Landorus-T. Bulk Up simplifies the matchup against Ursaluna, Counter Goodra, and Weakness Policy Metagross. Sucker Punch helps to avoid difficult mixups against opponents like Skeledirge, which otherwise threatens to use Encore after Urshifu-S uses Endure. The HP and Special Defense EVs allow Urshifu-S to survive a Close Combat from Choice Scarf Haxorus or a Hyper Beam from Timid Choice Specs Spectrier, while the Speed EVs let Urshifu-S outspeed Corviknight lacking a Speed-boosting nature. Urshifu-S struggles against most Fairy-, Flying-, and Fighting-type opponents, so try pairing it with strong Steel- and Electric-type teammates like Metagross and Raging Bolt!

Thanks to Wicked Blow's guaranteed critical hits, Urshifu can safely ignore opponents trying to set stall, such as Corviknight Pecharunt (As mentioned on discord, Corvi can Roost stall Wicked Blow, as it does less than 50%. A combination of Bulk Up + Wicked Blow is needed, so you can either replace Corvi with Pecah here, or just put "such as Corviknight after an Attack boost from Bulk Up" up to you ). Custap Berry helps Urshifu defeat opposing Volcanion and Landorus-T, and Sneasler (Sneasler MU's are very complex thanks to Fake Out, Endure, Sub, and Sucker Punch, I would definitely not include this as an example) . Bulk Up simplifies the matchup against Ursaluna, Counter Goodra, and Weakness Policy Metagross. Just a quick note that you still need to specify Urshifu-S specifically, even though on the dex it accepts just "Urshifu" without a suffix.
