Done Ursaluna Bloodmoon "egg moves"

What type of bug are you reporting? Unsure

What is the bug?
Ursaluna-Bloodmoon is buggy in /ms commands, and it seems like the teambuilder is using /ms to check if a pokemon should be shown when you search pokemon with a move, so this bug also affects the teambuilder.

When you do "/ms Ursaluna-Bloodmoon, all", Bulk Up is shown to be in the movepool of Ursaluna-Bloodmoon. In reality, this should be impossible.

When I do further research, I realized even the /ds and /learn commands are also bugged on Ursaluna-Bloodmoon. For example, if I do "/ds counter, all" only regular Ursaluna is shown. This is contrary to behavior on Tauros-Paldea, which all three forms of Tauros-Paldea are shown to learn Counter. If I do "/learn Ursaluna-Bloodmoon, Bulk Up", the reason provided that it does not learn Bulk Up is "Ursaluna-Bloodmoon's move Bulk Up can't be transferred from Gen 7 to 9.". However, Ursaluna-Bloodmoon does not exist in Gen 7.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Just try out the commands I stated above. Btw you can also verify it by searching for pokemon with "Bulk Up" in your teambuilder in PS. Ursaluna-Bloodmoon will show up.

Here's my speculation on why this bug happens:
Showdown is treating Ursaluna-Bloodmoon as if it evolves from Ursaring, due to it being an alternate form of Ursaluna.
Ursaring learns Bulk Up in Gen 9 through TM, but Ursaluna-Bloodmoon does not. However, Ursaring also learns Bulk Up in Gen 7 through TM. Due to the transfer between Gen 7 and 9, Showdown sees the possibility of teaching Ursaring Bulk Up in Gen 7, transferring it to Gen 9, and evolving it into Ursaluna-Bloodmoon (which isn't actually possible).

Some notes on the "/ds counter" section:
Tauros-Paldea's forms don't actually learn Counter. I assume you meant to say a different move, since your principle still applies: for example, "/ds bulkup" will show all of Tauros-Paldea's forms.
However, /ds isn't actually glitched in this regard. By default, the only forms /ds shows are regional forms (+ Ogerpon's non-Tera forms), and you can only see other forms if you exclude the base form of the given Pokémon.
For example, "/ds counter,normal" shows Ursaluna, but "/ds counter,uber" will show Ursaluna-Bloodmoon.

Ursaluna-Bloodmoon can learn Teddiursa's egg moves though use of the Mirror Herb. Unfortunately the /ms command is picking up on all of Teddiursa's moves, not just its egg moves.
I'm not sure why /learn reports that Bulk Up can't be transferred from Gen 7; if you set the min source gen to 7 or less then it gets its act together and tells you that Ursaluna-Bloodmoon can't learn Bulk Up.
