Under the blood moon's eerie glow, Ursaluna transforms into a competitive powerhouse! Blood Moon is the premier wallbreaking move thanks to its 140 Base Power and having no immunities, as Mind's Eye lets Ursaluna-B hit Ghost-types. Complementing this powerful nuke of a move is Hyper Voice, a reliable spread move that reaches respectable power with Tera Normal, and Earth Power to hit Rock- and Steel-types like Glimmora and Gholdengo, which resist Ursaluna-B’s Normal-type attacks. Ursaluna-B’s sheer damage output often makes it the centerpiece of a team, with a cast of support Pokemon assisting its Speed and longevity to let it rip holes into the opponent's team. The bear's average speed tier makes it a perfect candidate for Tailwind + Trick Room hybrid teams, often featuring Tornadus as the go-to Tailwind user, as it hits Grass-types like Ogerpon-W and Rillaboom that threaten Ursaluna-B. Farigiraf is a perfect partner, blocking Fake Out and Grassy Glide with Armor Tail to ensure Ursaluna-B maximizes its time on the field, setting up Trick Room when favorable for it, and boosting its ally with Helping Hand. Lastly, redirection support from the likes of Ogerpon-W, Ogerpon-H, and Amoonguss allows Ursaluna-B to stick around longer and dish out more KOs.

and Earth Power to hit Rock- and Steel-types like Garganacl and Heatran that can resist Bloodmoon Ursaluna's Normal-type attacks.
Garg is really niche and Heatran sees zero usage. Replace & rewrite these with the much more relevant steel types such as Gholdengo or Kingambit, a rock type that would be alright to mention is Diancie or Glimmora.

Bloodmoon Ursaluna's average speed tier makes it a perfect candidate for both Tailwind and Trick Room support alike.
This is true, however this particular set variant is used with tailwind and priority blocking. Trick Room tends to still be used slotted on the Farigiraf sets and can be used if an opponent has Tailwind up and you don't, since Ursaluna can often underspeed still, but it's not the main mode of play and I don't believe it should be the focus here.
example of a team structure it may be used on

Tailwind setters like Tornadus and Whimsicott threaten Fighting-types like Kommo-o and Galarian Zapdos that threaten Bloodmoon Ursaluna, with the latter also able to use Fake Tears to further increase Bloodmoon Ursaluna's damage output. Trick Toom setters like Hattrene and Farigiraf also both threaten Fighting-types, and Hattrene also threatens Amoonguss, which is faster than Bloodmoon Ursaluna while Trick Room is active and puts it to sleep.

Whimsicott is an okay partner, but Tornadus is basically the only one used on these types of strucutres for its offensive output into the Pokemon which give Ursaluna trouble such as Rillaboom. Galarian Zapdos is not used, and Kommo-O usage is quite low. It also tends to be the "tera hog" or centerpiece of teams that use it, which often teras out of these weaknesses (Ursa has a solid offensive MU either way, given that normal or steel works),+ Indeedee-F often being run (taunt protection/redirection) so Whims and Torn are shaky checks to them at best. Hatterene also sees very little usage, due to being outclassed in its role. A good partner is Ogerpon-H who can provide redirection and provides a different way to deal with Rillaboom, providing more offensive pressure than Amoonguss.

This needs to be cut down by ~300 characters, so limit the trick room mentions and focus on the "tailroom" (mid speed tr+tailwind mons) structure this set works best in. Feel free to PM me on Discord or @ me in Smogcord (smudge) if you need more help, or ping me here when you've implemented for a recheck.

To clarify a few things:

+ Indeedee-F often being run (taunt protection/redirection) so Whims and Torn are shaky checks to them at best.
I was talking about Kommo-O and its partners here, perhaps I should have been more explicit. However, it's not untrue that Ursa teams tend to have a lot of support for it, so it's okay to say it's the centerpiece.

The primary way Ursaluna deals with Kommo is either redirecting or outspeeding and clicking Blood Moon or Earth Power into it depending on whether it's tera'd and what type. I wouldn't explain this in the spotlight, it's just so you know the reasoning.

I'd suggest limiting the mentions of what Torn beats to the grass types and leaving Kommo out.

, and Indeedee-F
Indeedee-F isn't typically run with Ursaluna to my knowledge, since Farig is the primary priority blocker for it. Sorry if I confused you, go ahead and remove this.

hit Ghost-types like Dragapult and Tera Ghost Incineroar
Dragapult is super irrelevant, thinking it's better to just leave it at the mention of what the ability does.

blocking Fake Out with Armor Tail
Could mention Grassy Glide too.

I would also recommend implementing Marnie's suggestion of standardizing the naming used for Ursaluna-B here.

Otherwise, this is solid enough, fix these and 1/1.
