Ubers Moveset for Luxray

Ability: Guts
Nature: Adamant
Moves: Facade
Wild Charge
Superpower
Agility

Not being tanky isn't a big problem for a Pokemon if it is offensively fast. This defines Luxray. With it's Guts ability and 120 base attack, after an Agility, it's able to become fast and strong with a Flame Orb. Afterwords you can dynamax and use Max Knuckle to raise your attack, and Luxray become a humongous threat.
