I've started around a defensive core with Aegislash and Yveltal. They cover each other very well, dealing with the majority of the ORAS Uber metagame.

Kyogre and Zekrom were a problem for the team, so i opted for ordinary Primal Groudon which offers the SR Support for the team.

Now i needed someone who can deal with Darkrai and being a good revenge killer and Scarf Xerneas does pretty well both of these role.

I've the Arceus slot still free and i really wanted a mon who can deal massive damage and cover the role of the sweeper/wallbreaker, so i choose Arceus-Electric for the boltbeam coverage and the ability to threaten pokémon like M-Salamence, Rayquaza, Yveltal and Kyogre.

For the last slot i wanted a hazard remover and an emergency cleric to heal my defensive core when needed, so Latias was an obvious choice

IN DEPTH:

Angel Eyes (Yveltal) @ Charti Berry
Ability: Dark Aura
EVs: 240 HP / 252 Def / 16 Spe
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Foul Play
- Taunt
- Sucker Punch

The Bad guy.
This monster can check many common physical offensive threat, take their hit and smash them with his powerful STABbed Dark Aura Foul Play.
This is the standard set of Defensive Yveltal with Charti Berry in order to prevent to be sweeped from Ekiller Arceus with Stone Edge if SR are up on my side of the field.
I Choose to use Sucker Punch as 4th move because i don't have any kind of priority in the team which i think is very important to have in any [not stall] team.

Wallace (Aegislash) @ Leftovers
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Gyro Ball
- Toxic
- King's Shield
- Shadow Ball

The second mon of the main core and my main check of Xerneas, Aegislash can pass through GeoXern and OHKO/2HKO him without problem.
It also counters very well Lugia and the common Arceus-Water and put them on a timer thanks to Toxic, which is also great against some Primal-Groudon that want to come on it.
I opted for Shadow Ball as secondary STAB because i don't see Pursuit as a very useful move, because it can't OHKO the twins and they can recover the damage off, makin' of Pursuit a useless move.

Bill Carson (Groudon-Primal) @ Red Orb
Ability: Desolate Land
EVs: 248 HP / 56 Def / 200 SpD / 4 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Lava Plume
- Dragon Tail
- Stealth Rock

LoL, what kind of team in uber doesn't play Primal-Groudon? It's just too good for not to use it.
Main check of Kyogre and Steel-type in general it also works as a status absorber of random twaves and wow.
This is the standard bulky SR support: Earthquake is the main STAB and Lava Plume is used for the burn chance and to deal against Ferrothorn which can be a problem for the team.

Blondie (Xerneas) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Fairy Aura
EVs: 32 Def / 252 SpA / 224 Spe
Modest Nature
- Moonblast
- Focus Blast
- Thunder
- Sleep Talk

The good guy. Scarf Xerneas is really, really good. He can bluff the Power Herb and surprise kill many pokémon, also thanks to the scarf it can easily sweep entire team in mid-late game even without the boost of a Geomancy.
Sleep Talk is a must for the set since it gives me a way to check Darkrai.
I'm thinking to go back to the mixed set with CC and Rock Slide, since i've never used Thunder and Focus Blast has a bad accuracy; the main issue with the mixed set is the negative nature on one of the defenses, making him weaker to physical or special attacks in general.

Tuco Ramìrez (Arceus-Electric) @ Zap Plate
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Judgment
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Calm Mind

The ugly Arceus-Electric. It doesn't seems to be a very good pokémon, but once P-Groudon is heavily damaged or KOed this thing can setup and proceed to sweep entire teams thanks to it's powerful boltbeam coverage.
Arceus-Electric is also good for check Kyogre, Yveltal, Ho-Oh, M-Sala and Rayquaza who are afraid to stay in front of him and don't like to take Judgment or Ice Beam in their teeth.
The spread is pretty simple, Speed and Special Attack maximized to better perform its role of sweeper, but i'm actually thinking to run a more bulkier variant in order to take hits in general better.

Ecstasy of Gold (Latias) @ Soul Dew
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 212 HP / 120 SpA / 176 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Healing Wish
- Defog

Last but not least Latias.
Main switch-in of the Primal, it can do big damages thanks to Soul Dew and put them in KO range of any move. Defog is for removing the hazards, Healing Wish is needed for the team as an emergency recovery for the defensive core and keeping me able to better handle HO teams.

Threat List:
arceus-ghost.gif
CM Arceus-Ghost: This thing can be very troublesome because I can't rely on Yveltal since it can Will-o-Wisp it and make it pretty much useless. My only way to deal against it it's to prevent him to setup, phazing it with Dragon Tail or by setupping my own Arceus before it does.

chansey.gif
Chansey: Despite its low usage, Chansey can be problematic since I don't have a strong physical mon other than Primal-Groudon in the team, which also suffers Toxic on the switch.
Fortunately Aegislash is an hard counter of Chansey, which allows it preventing Chansey to do anything.

Importable:
Yveltal @ Charti Berry
Ability: Dark Aura
EVs: 240 HP / 252 Def / 16 Spe
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Foul Play
- Sucker Punch
- Taunt

Aegislash @ Leftovers
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Gyro Ball
- Toxic
- King's Shield
- Shadow Ball

Groudon-Primal @ Red Orb
Ability: Desolate Land
EVs: 248 HP / 56 Def / 200 SpD / 4 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Lava Plume
- Dragon Tail
- Stealth Rock

Latias @ Soul Dew
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 212 HP / 120 SpA / 176 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Healing Wish
- Defog

Arceus-Electric @ Zap Plate
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Judgment
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Calm Mind

Blondie (Xerneas) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Fairy Aura
EVs: 32 Def / 252 SpA / 224 Spe

IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Focus Blast
- Thunder

Seeing as you peaked #1 I don't know how much I'll be able to help, but I noticed you're kind of weak to specially defensive Primal Groudon as well as the paradancer set. Latias and Yveltal are your only switchins, however Latias has to either defog or attack; defogging will allow Groudon to phaze you out and attacking may leave you too weak to switch into rocks again after a dragon tail. Yveltal doesn't do too much to spdef Groudon without attack investment, and doesn't like switching into rocks or taking burns from Lava Plume.
With this in mind I propose changing Arceus-Electric to Arceus-Dark, which beats most Groudon 1v1, can take hits from physical attackers and can beat Arceus-Ghost and even Chansey, given that it heals off status with Refresh.

Arceus-Dark @ Dread Plate
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 Spe
Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Judgment
- Recover
- Refresh

Another option to deal with Groudon could be to use defog Arceus-Ground and Calm Mind Latias, which can break through the blobs.

Running Arceus-Dark over Arceus-Electric opens this build up too much to Mega Salamence, Ho-Oh, a few other threats, and is somewhat redundant with Yveltal. While it does allow this team to better cover all Arc Ghost sets it's not worth it to incur these new problems.

Overall this team is solid enough, but I don't think you can quick fix the shortcomings without extensive re-structure. The CM Arc Ghost weakness comes from using Aegi + Defensive Yveltal, as neither can really take on the set themselves while fitting something later down the road that can sufficiently check CM Arc Ghost is difficult due to the structure you kinda have to follow. I'd also say this team has problems with Earthquake Mega Salamence and P Don that has Dragon Tail, or SD + Thunder Wave or SD + Dragon Claw. For offensive teams that can afford setup P Don along with SE EKiller then additional problems arise because Yveltal gets pressured too hard. The choices made to cover Mega Salamence are generally pretty good, and it can only really setup on Aegi or non-Moonblast locked Xerneas, although it can still potential break some things down, especially since without bulk investment Arceus-Electric can't really check Earthquake Mega Salamence. The P Don weakness I would say is a bit larger of an issue as your primary switch-in really doesn't like Thunder Wave or Dragon Tail, both common moves for offensive SR P Don, and Yveltal needs to be kept intact if there is an EKiller in back. If Yveltal either gets its Charti Berry burned off or takes a certain amount of damage then EKiller cleans.

I don't really know why you chose Aegislash for this build, especially when its niche is as a stall mon that is solid against Xern, Mega Gengar, and can provide Pursuit support. Bulky offense teams aren't exactly hard pressed for Xern checks and you aren't running Pursuit, so if you want a Pokemon that can cover several of Yveltal's weaknesses you've got many other more effective choices. With that said, I also question the choice of running Shadow Ball as it doesn't 2HKO Latias anyways (you mention Lati when explaining this choice). What's the target of this move other than some niche defensive mons like Skarmory, Bronzong, and Jirachi? If you aren't running it because you really want to hit those targets, you might want to try Shadow Sneak instead, which gives you a second priority move that can KO Lati in the 40%-50% range. You can even try something more wild like Head Smash which helps deter Salamence setup and slays Ho-Oh, or Hidden Power Ice which hits Salamence a bit harder (factoring Intimidate) and doesn't have miss % or recoil. Yveltal needs Taunt + Sucker Punch to beat Blissey / Chansey (you kinda lose to Snatch sets regardless), although running Toxic instead of Sucker Punch or Taunt allows you to actually deter CM Arc Ghost. You don't really explain the choice of using Taunt, so I assume dropping this isn't a big deal for you. On Xerneas you have the option of dropping Thunder and Focus Blast and just running Moonblast and Sleep Talk as to function as a more consistent Darkrai check. With Xerneas gone, or if it selects Thunder from Sleep Talk, or if it selects a Focus Blast that misses and you get KOed by Sludge Bomb, Darkrai walks all over the team, so having something more consistent would be better. If you really hate Blissey / Chansey, as you said you can run Close Combat, and it's a consistent move that still ends Darkrai if it gets pulled from Sleep Talk. Replacing Arceus-Electric for Arceus-Water largely fixes your P Don problems, and still provides a solid check to Mega Salamence, Ho-Oh, and Rayquaza (Xern is pressured a bit hard however and defensive P Ogre becomes a bigger problem in addition to losing a setup sweeper). Arceus-Rock also checks much of what Arceus-Electric does and can retain a CM set, although it doesn't fix the P Don issue while still making defensive P Ogre a problem.

Summary:
- Since you are adamant about not needing Pursuit, consider replacing Shadow Ball on Aegislash with Shadow Sneak or even Head Smash or Hidden Power Ice
- Consider running Toxic instead of Sucker Punch or Taunt on Yveltal
- Consider running a Scarf Xern moveset of Moonblast / Sleep Talk or Moonblast / Sleep Talk / Close Combat
- Consider Arceus-Water over Arceus-Electric, which is able to cover P Don + EKiller much better and still checks most of what you needed from the Arc slot, although it makes defensive P Ogre difficult to KO and Zekrom a bigger threat
- If you keep Arceus-Electric, consider some bulk investment so you can more consistently check Earthquake Mega Salamence

Congrats on your peak and good luck improving your team further.
