Furret

HP: 85
Attack: 76
Defense: 64
Special Attack: 45
Special Defense: 55
Speed: 90
Ouch. Not a whole lot to work with here. Furret is going to be a quasi-speedy phyiscal attacker. Period.
Traits--
Run Away: Furret can escape from wild battles
Keen Eye: Furret's accuracy cannot be lowered by opponents
These traits are pretty much worthless. Use Keen Eye just in case your opponent tries to Smokescreen you. Or something.
Movepool--
Physical Attacks:
Quick Attack
Sucker Punch
Focus Punch
Frustration
Iron Tail
Return
Dig
Brick Break

Special Attacks:
Hyper Voice
Coming off a 45 base Special Attack, who cares?
Support/Non-Damaging/Miscellaneous Attacks:
Helping Hand
Follow Me
Amnesia
Baton Pass
Me First
Toxic
Protect
Captivate
Assist
Charm
Covet
Trick
Sunny Day
Rain Dance

Moveset Ideas:
Furret (Jolly) @ChoiceBand
Trait: Keen Eye
EVs: 6HP/252ATK/0DE/0SA/0SD/252SPEED
Trick
Double-Edge
Sucker Punch
Brick Break
The idea here is to outspeed your opponent and hit as hard as you
can--which isn't very hard since Furret's base 76 attack is pretty
laughable. However, this 306 speed will still make you faster than
many threats including Salamence, Dragonite, Flygon, Heracross, and
other non-speed-enhanced Pokemon. You can slap on a Choice Band on
special attackers and Ninjask to screw them over, or hit with your
best attack move. Brick Break SHOCKS Tyranitar into death. It's not much, but this is Furret we're talking about here.
Furret (Jolly) @LiechiBerry
Trait: Keen Eye
EVs: 6HP/252ATK/0DE/0SA/0SD/252SPEED
Endure
Reversal
Shadow Claw
Quick Attack
Use Endure/Reversal to hit hard and fast, with Shadow Claw to deal with ghosts. Quick Attack is to deal with anything that's holding on with a couple of HP left or to get in one attack against something you're too slow to combat.
Closing Comments: Furret is unfortunately vastly outclassed by about two dozen other pure Normal-type Pokémon. There's really nothing he can do that someone like Kangaskhan or Raticate cannot do better. Furret could *kinda* be used in OU last-gen due to a 300+ speed, lack of good fighting-types, his ability to use Shadow Ball, and few Sandstorm teams running around. This gen, he might make it into UU. Maybe. Use at your own peril.
