Hello, Smogon. I am building a team around my favorite Pokemon ie. the Big Boss Pokemon ie. HONCHKROW. This guy is seriously Underrated but anyway here is the team:(it is meant or OU but can be used in Ubers)
Explanation:
Honchkrow @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Superpower
- Night Slash
- Pursuit
This Bird is the staple of my team, and is a good one. It comes in and starts STAB BBing, getting an attack boost every time. Superpower is for steels, and as long as it keeps killing, the attack drop is ignored. Night Slash is secondary STAB for mainly Metagross while Pursuit catches fleeing Psychics. Jolly to outspeed Greninja and others upto 130 speed positive natured.
Magnezone @ Choice Specs
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Flash Cannon
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Volt Switch
Since Honchcrow had a problem with Skarmory and Diance, so I chose Specs Magnezone. Sure, Diancie has Earth Power, but that it what Prediction is for. Tbolt kills Skarm, HP fire for Sczor, Volt switch for momentum and Flash Cannon for fairies.
Mamoswine @ Focus Sash
Ability: Thick Fat
Ev:252atk/252spe/Jolly
- Icicle Crash
- Ice Shard
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
This Poke deals with Electric and Fire types with EQ, Ground types with Icicle Crash and sets up SR ad revenge kills with Ice Shard while Jolly outspeeds Breloom.
Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 248 HP / 64 Def / 160 SpD / 36 Spe
Bold Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Leaf Storm
- Psychic
- Recover
Celebi is to deal with my common Fighting weakness and also deals with Azumarill, a threat to this team. Twave is to spread status and make it easier to clean up while Recover is longevity. Leaf Storm OHKOes Azumarill after SR and psychic is my STAB of choice.

Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Waterfall
- Play Rough
- Superpower
Azumarill serves as my check to Mega Diacie and Air Balloon Hearan among others. Think about it: INSTANT POWER. Aqua Jet is my SPAAAMMM move due to its ability to bypass speed. Waterfall is for if Im Faster, and Play Rough for Fighting Types. Superpower is more or less solely for Ferrothorn.

Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Lopunny serves as my check to Sableye Mega as Azumarill Sometimes doesnt make the cut he also gives Honchkrow a new life to start BBing again and can just SPAM HJK. Its STAB combination is unresisted by the entire Metagame, which is nice.
