Intro:
Hello, Smogon. I am building a team around my favorite Pokemon ie. the Big Boss Pokemon ie. HONCHKROW. This guy is seriously Underrated but anyway here is the team:(it is meant or OU but can be used in Ubers)

Team Building:

First I added the staple of my team, Scarf Moxie Honchkrow,

Then to trap and kill Skarmory, and deal with Rock and Fairy types which Honchkrow has trouble with, I added...(Guess Who) Magnezone,

Honchkrow @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Superpower
- Night Slash
- Pursuit

This Bird is the staple of my team, and is a good one. It comes in and starts STAB BBing, getting an attack boost every time. Superpower is for steels, and as long as it keeps killing, the attack drop is ignored. Night Slash is secondary STAB for mainly Metagross while Pursuit catches fleeing Psychics. Jolly to outspeed Greninja and others upto 130 speed positive natured.

Magnezone @ Choice Specs
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Flash Cannon
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Volt Switch

Since Honchcrow had a problem with Skarmory and Diance, so I chose Specs Magnezone. Sure, Diancie has Earth Power, but that it what Prediction is for. Tbolt kills Skarm, HP fire for Sczor, Volt switch for momentum and Flash Cannon for fairies.

Ability: Thick Fat
Ev:252atk/252spe/Jolly
- Icicle Crash
- Ice Shard
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock

This Poke deals with Electric and Fire types with EQ, Ground types with Icicle Crash and sets up SR ad revenge kills with Ice Shard while Jolly outspeeds Breloom.

Bold Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Leaf Storm
- Psychic
- Recover

Celebi is to deal with my common Fighting weakness and also deals with Azumarill, a threat to this team. Twave is to spread status and make it easier to clean up while Recover is longevity. Leaf Storm OHKOes Azumarill after SR and psychic is my STAB of choice.

Azumarill serves as my check to Mega Diacie and Air Balloon Hearan among others. Think about it: INSTANT POWER. Aqua Jet is my SPAAAMMM move due to its ability to bypass speed. Waterfall is for if Im Faster, and Play Rough for Fighting Types. Superpower is more or less solely for Ferrothorn.

Lopunny serves as my check to Sableye Mega as Azumarill Sometimes doesnt make the cut he also gives Honchkrow a new life to start BBing again and can just SPAM HJK. Its STAB combination is unresisted by the entire Metagame, which is nice.

Now you maybe saying WHAT KIND OF MOVE IS WHRLWIND ON A CHOICE SCARFER? the thing is, ever since I lost to a Baton Passing team, I added whirlwind and I have to say that this is the only way I've reached this far without losing.

Since Honchcrow had a problem with Skarmory and Diance, so I chose Specs Magnezone. Sure, Diancie has Earth Power, but that it what Prediction is for. He is really potent, due to the fact that most Skarmories carry Leftovers, and I want them to FEAR. Also deals with Restalk Aggron which is annoying, if you do not believe me: 252+ SpA Choice Specs Magnezone Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 240 SpD Aggron: 264-312 (76.7 - 90.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock. Since Aggron is outsped by Magnezone, it can easily take him out. I also like the fact he is sorta Immne to status.

Stealth Rocks is very Important for my team, turning potential 3KOes in 2Koes. Mamoswine also revenge kills Salamence, DD Dragonite and other things 4x weak to Ice, and so is one of the more important members of my team. It is also my checkto opposing Magnezone and Tyranitar, and it does well in that as well.

Leaf Storm>Giga Drain as all the EVs are shoved into making him as bulky as possible. He can kill off almost all Bulky Waters, and is a game chnging member. The set is the only one that works in OU for me, and if you consider suggesting Heal Bell, dont, as her Ability takes care of that work, also my Choiced Pokemon check with her 6 resistances.

Please do not tell me to replace HW as Honchkrow needs it badly if it is going to Sweep. Her Offensive Synergy with Azu is much appreciated as well.

Nice team you got there. Not that many flaws that I can scout out, but you're team seams rather weak to talonflame. Imagine this scenario: You switch into Azumarill, or some other pokemon as the opposing talonflame sets up a sword dance. Even at full HP, Azu can't take a brave bird. +2 252 Atk Sharp Beak Talonflame Brave Bird vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Azumarill: 412-486 (102.2 - 120.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
I advise replacing something with a suitable talon counter, though I'm not very good at team building, so I cannot exactly say what you should switch out.

Speaking of Azumarill, I advise you change its set to:

The Speed EVs are to outpace minimum Speed Skarmory, which Azumarill can 2HKO after Stealth Rock and a tiny bit of prior damage. The remaining EVs are allocated to HP in order to increase Azumarill's overall bulk; 4 EVs are shifted into Defense so that Azumarill takes less damage from entry hazards.
 
Hello, this is undoubtedly an interesting team, based under a truly underrated 'mon, let's see if we can do something.
As stated already Talonflame is a problem for your team, being able to setup on a scared Celebi, Azumarill locked on Superpower/Play Rough or Magnezone locked in hp/flash cannon, it is ten able to rip every pokemon of you apart, another problem is the fact that you are quite... hazard weak, Honchkrow being weak to Stealth Rocks and no spinner or defogger for you, as such I would suggest you two easy changes, that will greatly help you against Hazards, MegaSableye and Talonflame.


First off, I would give Healing Wish over Thunder wave con Celebi, the majority of threats Celebi attracts like Latios, Latias, Heatran, Metagross, Ferrothorn and so on doesn't matter for Scarf Honchkrow since he'll be able to outspeed and threaten them anyways.

By doing so you can now change Mega Lopunny, don't get me wrong Lop is surely a top tier, there is no doubt about it, but the problem is that s/he's pretty much useless if she enters on a WOW against MegaSableye, as such it doesn't help you solidly against MegaSableye, instead, have you considered running Mega Diancie? thanks to Magic Bounce it can reflect back Stealth Rocks and completely shut down Mega Sableye, being able to safely stop MegaSableye is important here, since you don't have any "burn immunity" Sableye can spam Wow on you without too much problems, especially if it happens to be against Mamoswine, your stealth rock setter and Honchkrow, while Diancie is also able to stop Talonflame, being able to resist its two stabs and to reliably ohko it with Diamond Storm.
