Other Metagames Teambuilding for CobbleMon Gen9 AG tournament (Bans: Legend, Paradox, Mythical)

I'm hoping to get some insights and improvements on my team for an upcoming cobblemon tourney but the rules are really between OU and Ubers so its hard to copy the current competitive metas.

REND (Dracovish) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Strong Jaw
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
- Fishious Rend
- Dragon Rush
- Crunch
- Psychic Fangs

The Dracovish Fishious Rend isn't banned so I decided to make a rain team abusing the two of my favorite banned mechanics, fishious rend and last respects. Nothing to say here except this pick forces a water absorb Pokemon on enemy team or its heavily favorable for me. No legends so nearly everything is 2HKO

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 252 HP / 24 Def / 232 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball
- Power Whip

Monster setup with a nasty gyroball. Power whip I'd really hope for discussion on this as I have not found much use for the move yet, only copied because of smogon recommended move set. Very good hazards set up for last respects sweep as well.

Toxapex @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 248 HP / 152 Def / 108 SpD
Bold Nature
- Surf
- Toxic
- Haze
- Recover

Mostly used for blocking and haze for anti sweeper. Can absorb toxic spikes as well. Typing is convenient. Toxic is nice into walls. Water move for coverage. Recover regenerator work really well swapping with pelipper u- turn.

Pelipper @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 248 HP / 224 Def / 36 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Hurricane
- U-turn
- Roost
- Knock Off

REQUIRED SETTER for basculegion and dracovish. Maybe considering replacing roost with a water move? not sure why he doesn't have a water move in smogon, I guess redundant with the rest of my team anyways

Basculegion @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Adaptability
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Last Respects
- Wave Crash
- Aqua Jet
- Flip Turn

Last respects final boss after dracovish.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Moonblast
- Moonlight
- Knock Off

Good counter into tanks recco by friend but since most people are going to be running dracovish and other broken banned in competitive OU's might be better to swap for anti HO.

If everyone is running dracovish shouldn't a water absorb mon be necessary maybe like clodsire instead of toxapex and replace clefable with a offensive mom that can take advantage of rain idk like archalodon. Speaking of rain swift swim basculegion with choice band is an alternative that works better i think

unfortunately archaludon isn't in cobblemon, do you have any other reccos? I think the swift swim is smart and will apply that

I'm also starting a Cobblemon server with my friends and since Dracovish isn't banned I'm leaning rain team like you but we have a weird format it's 6v6 single battles. 2 legendary (AG), 1 mega (we have a mod that adds megas but not all of them are implemented and mega swampert is not), the rest ou so here is what I have in mind and I want some feedback

Dracovish @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Strong Jaw
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fishious Rend
- Dragon Rush
- Crunch
- Psychic Fangs

Kyogre @ Choice Specs
Ability: Drizzle
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 240 HP / 76 Def / 176 SpA / 16 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Water Spout
- Ice Beam
- Thunder
- Origin Pulse

Gyarados @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Intimidate
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Substitute
- Crunch
- Earthquake

Samurott-Hisui @ Focus Sash
Ability: Sharpness
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Ceaseless Edge
- Razor Shell
- Aqua Jet
- Knock Off

Basculegion @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Adaptability
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Last Respects
- Wave Crash
- Aqua Jet
- Flip Turn

I've never built a team from scratch especially in such a weird format so I need help picking the last slot. I also think I might have leaned too much into just pure rain spam water type strong move so do you think I should balance the team more? How so, 2nd rain setter?
