This Is What I started my team with. It's a great supporter, crippling teams, and causing switch's

Ability: Natural Cure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Recover
- Thunder Wave
- Scald

This is what I send out when someone switch's onto Ferrothorn. It covers each of its weakness's (Fighting, fire).
It rapid spins, and thunder waves or scalds whoever switch's into it

Togekiss @ Choice Specs
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Air Slash
- Aura Sphere
- Dazzling Gleam
- Flamethrower

This is a great sweeper, it switch's onto thunder waved foes, and kills them. 100% thunder wave killer. It's also naturally bulky, so it's pretty useful

Garchomp-Mega @ Garchompite
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Sp. Def / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Crunch
- Aqua Tail
- Iron Head

This guy puts the team together switching into thunder type attacks. Normally the opponent will switch predicting an earthquake, and then I use another move. (Does a ton of damage) Sp.def for fire types, ice type attacks, and specials.

Nidoking (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Poison Jab
- Aqua Tail
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam

This is a filler. I still had more thunder weakness's, so I just put this guy out. This is a part of the team I need help on. I think I want a Sp. def heal bell/wish passer. or a sp. def regenerator but it has to be able to deal with thunder attacks. Who will I put here?

Alomomola @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Toxic
- Scald

This is the Chansey of defense. Having massive hp, and defense. regenerator, and ability to have another item. It is great. Sadly it cant learn heal bell, but this girl causes lots of switch's, and is one of the MPVS of this team. I wish I could have a sp. def mpv also but sadly I don't yet
