Gen 3 Tauros Team

I've been using this team lately, and since most of you have already seen it, I thought it was useless to keep it hidden any longer. It needs improvement so the best of the best who go to this forum can help me out. I have some glaring weaknesses like Gyarados, Elemence, Heracross, Reversalers, and Moltres. Yes, Moltres. These are the things I'm most worried about covering, so any suggestions would be fantastic. The changes should probably be made to Swampert and Metagross, the others are essential. Here ya go:

Swampert (M) @ Leftovers ** Mr. Fiskers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 110 Def / 148 SAtk
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

I needed some defense and something to cover the big three. Swampert fit the bill, and restalking helps my status taking problems.

Metagross @ Leftovers ** X-Factor
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 118 HP / 252 Atk / 140 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Reflect
- Rock Slide

Defensive Gross because I clearly lack defense and an ice/flying/normal resist. Rock Slide for Gyarados who otherwise rips through this team. He really rips through even with the presence of this guy. Fast enough to outspeed most bulky waters, so he may be able to 2HKO with the right prediction and a Swords Dance.

Celebi @ Leftovers ** Hey! Listen!
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 240 HP / 28 Atk / 240 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Baton Pass
- Recover
- Shadow Ball
- Swords Dance

My special tank of sorts. Its job is to come in as early as possible, usually dry baton pass if they are foolish enough to send a normal resist in, it dies to one of the two following trappers. Swords Dances come in handy for most pokes here, and usually draws in Skarmory. I made her as slow as possible for the following reasons: 1)She can take a hit and pass 2)She can take status with natural cure, so the next poke doesn't get Twaved or Wowed 3)The rest of my team is pretty fragile. Shadow Ball helps against Starmie, Gengar and Dusclops who think I'm packing HP Fighting and who resist or are faster than Tauros. People seem to like its nickname.

Magneton @ Leftovers ** Triclops
Trait: Magnet Pull
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Substitute
- Toxic
- Thunderbolt

Dugtrio (M) @ Choice Band ** Whack-A-Mole
Trait: Arena Trap
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Rock Slide

Dugtrio and Magneton combine to take out every normal resist not named Gengar or Dusclops. Skarmory, Steelix, Ttar, Metagross, etc. who come in on Celebi get baton passes to either of these two who have a field day.

Tauros (M) @ Choice Band ** Outlaw
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Ghost]
- Return
- Sleep Talk

With no normal resist, a Swords Danced, Choice Banded, STAB Return packs one hell of a punch. Cleans almost anything non-resistant.

Needs more Agility Gross. IMO, if you plan to pass SD's around, you'll want your Pokemon to be able to switch up between its attacks, lest a resistance comes in to ruin a possible sweep. I'm currently messing around with Screech Magneton on one of my teams, and I'm thinking it might just fit this team if Swords Dance can't get passed around well enough. Otherwise, Thunder Wave might be more benefitial to Magneton over Toxic, though you lose a advantage over crippling Swampert.

Hallo Minotaur =)

Zapdos helps with some of the problems you listed.
It counters Gyarados and can take a shot on Elemence and Hera.
On my SD Celebi team I use BP, Drill Peck, TBolt, Toxic.
You could use something similar, with HP Ice over Toxic, run something like 301Speed, around Max HP, rest on Def/SDef.

Maybe use Zapdos over Dugtrio and make Gross the Agility version. Seriously, almost nothing can take on it with +2Spd and Atk.

Hey dude!

Ok, I have ideas! The solution to your issues lies with tauros's girlfriend. But more on that in a minute....

Instead of Swampert and Metagross:

I'm thinking Gyarados. He will counter Metagross, fighters, that badass mofo moltres, and intimidate other random shit. Also he is super duper guy to pass a swords dance to and skarm won't interfere with magneton.

Ok I came up with a defensive Miltank set. I know, it's another cockamamy idea from me, but hear me out. Miltank only has one defensive weakness. She is bulky defensively, with an instant recovery move. To give you an idea, she has the same hp as Milotic but Milky has 105 base defense and Milotic has 79. This set will shut down Mence, Gyara, Aero, and Curselax. It will hold its own with other bastards too.

Byah:

Miltank (F) @ Leftovers ** Vote Obama 2008
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP / 36 Atk / 216 Def / 4 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Body Slam
- Earthquake
- Growl
- Milk Drink

Roar! Growl's pp will make snorlax pissed off.

I mean you could go with something with more resistances but this is gonna cover a ton of shit. Plus it's tough to cover everything with such an offensive squad.

EDIT: Oh, and don't forget the all important style points.

Milotic (and bulky waters in general)'s main advantage over Miltank is its ability to one shot Dragons while still being able to sponge off hits. I'd also say Miltank's disability with that set is its inability to hit Ghosts.

i am against the use of dugtrio. get something like snorlax instead, who has something like

double edge
earthquake
rest
sleeptalk

can function as a kind of special wall too. pass swords dance to it and double-edge will hurt like crap

i suggest agility over reflect on metagross

Personally, if I were using that Snorlax set, I would use Pursuitgross.

Milotic would barely help against any of your mentioned weaknesses anymore than Swampert does and really isnt needed. I like the Zapdos mentioned previously, although I can see with this team why you would want Skarmory gone. You could switch Dugtrio out of this team because it causes to many pokemon to set up on you after a revenge kill on this particular team (Moltres being the worse).
