[OVERVIEW]

Paldean Tauros-F is a fearsome wallbreaker in NU thanks to its ability to setup on and threaten top Pokémon like Vileplume, Bronzong, and Incineroar. Its Intimidate ability coupled with Bulk Up makes Paldean Tauros-F a capable breaker and potential sweeper. Paldean Tauros-F can also run Chud Chew effectively to nullify statuses as it set ups and attacks. It can also run choiced sets effectively, as both Choice Scarf and Choice Band make up for a superb revenge killer and more immediate wallbreaker, respectively. However, it faces direct competition with its brother, Paldean Tauros-W, as the latter has a better matchup against Pokémon like Flygon, giving it an easier time setting up and dishing out damage. Furthermore, some sturdy walls like Gligar, and Tera Fairy Pokemon like Vaporeon will be able to withstand Paldean Tauros-F, even if, in the case of Gligar, momentarily.

Bulk Up bolsters ability to wallbreak, most notably giving it the ability to OHKO bulkless Flygon with Close Combat. Trailblaze can potentially give Paldean Tauros-F the ability to sweep weakened enough teams, as there are very few Pokemon able to outspeed it at +1 Speed; despite this, however, Paldean Tauros-F is still held back by the fact that some of the Pokemon able to naturally contend with its boosted Speed, Choice Scarf being Mienshao and Choice Scarf Flygon, are two of the best Pokemon in the format, meaning that Paldean-Tauros-F will still struggle against offense and certain bulky offense teams.Heavy-Duty Boots allows Paldean Tauros-F to ignore entry hazards, mainly Spikes and Toxic Spikes. Lum Berry can be an option on more offensive teams that give Paldean Tauros-F the ability to attack certain Pokemon like Vileplume without being afraid of getting statused. Used alongside Cud Chew, Paldean Tauros-F has multiple instances of dishing out damage without fear of status.

Best utilised in Hyper Offense teams, good partners for Bulk Up Paldean Tauros-F include sweepers like Dragon Dance Flygon and Swords Dance Incineroar. Entry Hazard leads like Galvantula, Araquanid, Iron Thorns, are good as well with Paldean-Tauros-F, as it appreciates both Sticky Web slowing faster Pokemon like Choice Scarf Mienshao down, and Spikes chipping down walls like physically defensive Slowbro-G and Bellibolt.

Paldean Tauros-F can use both Choice Scarf and Choice Band to great success. Choice Scarf makes Paldean Tauros- F a fearsome revenge killer in Bulky Offense teams, keeping threats like Incineroar and Chandelure in check. On the contrary, Choice Band turns Paldean Tauros-F into a near-impossible to switch into Pokemon, turning the tables on walls that would comfortably switch into Choice Scarf sets, like defensive Slowbro-G, Gligar, Vaporeon, Milotic, and Swampert. Earthquake nails Pokemon like the aforementioned Slowbro-G, but also others that resist Paldean Tauros-F attacks, like Dragalge, and defensive behemots like Tera Poison Avalugg and Bellibolt; generally, Earthquake is a safe middle-ground move to click against teams with multiple Rocky Helmet or status-inducing abilities Pokemon like Slowbro-G and Bellibolt. Stone Edge hits Chandelure, Paldean Tauros-F's best offensive check, for a solid 2HKO.

Choiced Paldean Tauros-F appreciates teammates like Bronzong to switch into the Psychic-type Pokemon like Cresselia that are bulky enough to annoy even Choice Band variants of it. Bronzong in return gives Paldean Tauros-F entry hazard support to ensure natural KOs. For example, Choice Scarf Flare Blitz now has favourable chances of 2HKOing defensive Sylveon. Special attackers like Chandelure beat the physical walls Paldean Tauros-F struggles with. Pokemon with momentum moves like Kilowattrel, and Galarian Articuno, also make for good partners as they can get Paldean Tauros-F safely into the field; they also help against the aforementioned physical walls that Tauros struggles with.[STRATEGY COMMENTS]Other Options====Flare Blitz can be an option over Raging Bull to deal more damage. However, it is advised against due to Paldean Tauros-F natural dislike to chip damage. Iron Head can be used to hit Tera Fairy Pokemon like Vaporeon and Gastrodon. However, it does not hit much else, making other moves be preferred over it. (edited)
