Taunt allows Tornadus-T to prevent entry hazards from setters like Garchomp, Heatran, and Clefable; recovery and status from Pokemon like Clefable, Serperior, and Chansey; and setup attempts from Pokemon such as Dragonite and Cloyster. U-turn is used to grab momentum, allowing a teammate to come in more safely especially on a target afflicted by Taunt; it also allows Tornadus-T to safely bring in Pokemon that don't like taking hits often such as Mega Medicham. Knock Off allows Tornadus-T to wear down foes by removing items such as Leftovers and Rocky Helmet from targets such as Clefable and Garchomp. Lastly, despite its low accuracy, Hurricane's power combined with Tornadus-T's high Special Attack stat makes it a threatening option, especially in conjunction with its confusion chance. Air Slash can be run as an alternative for higher accuracy, but the loss of power means Tornadus-T can't threaten OHKOs on Pokemon such as Mega Lopunny, Serperior, and Mega Medicham.

Set Details
========

248 HP EVs maximize Tornadus-T's bulk, exacerbated further by its ability, Regenerator. Maximum Speed EVs let Tornadus-T outrun most of the unboosted metagame, allowing it to get off a fast Taunt against most setup sweepers and entry hazard setters. Rocky Helmet forces chip damage onto physical attackers such as Mega Lopunny.

Usage Tips
========

Taunt Tornadus-T has to be wary when facing strong special hits from Mega Alakazam, Keldeo, and Volcarona. Tornadus-T can often be used as a lead, since it can prevent early Stealth Rock with Taunt, spread Knock Off, or use a fast U-turn into a teammate with a better matchup against the foe. Tornadus-T can come in multiple times a game especially on contact attacks to spread chip damage with Rocky Helmet and its moves while being able to sustain itself with recovery from Regenerator. When using Tornadus-T, be wary of threats like Weavile, which outspeeds and can OHKO Tornadus-T, and Choice Band Tyranitar, which can Pursuit trap and OHKO it after Stealth Rock damage.

Team Options
========

Teammates like Volcarona and Dragonite appreciate Tornadus-T's ability to prevent entry hazards. Defensive Pokemon such as Rotom-W benefit from Tornadus-T's ability to deny setup attempts, thus making it easier to perform their role in defensively checking foes; they also form a VoltTurn core that allows for easy pivoting. Additionally, Rotom-W and Tornadus-T both beat each other's checks, since Rotom-W checks threats like Mega Metagross that otherwise wall and take advantage of Tornadus-T, while Tornadus-T checks Grass-types such as Serperior and Mega Venusaur that otherwise take advantage of Rotom-W. Excadrill is also a good teammate due to its access to Rapid Spin, which allows it to support Tornadus-T by removing Stealth Rock from the field. This is aided further by Excadrill's Rock resistance and Electric immunity, two of Tornadus-T's biggest weaknesses; in return, Tornadus-T supports Excadrill with its Fighting resistance and ability to take on the Grass-types that otherwise take advantage of it. Lastly, wallbreakers such as Mega Medicham and Choice Specs Keldeo appreciate Tornadus-T preventing recovery attempts from defensive Pokemon such as Clefable and Mega Latias, since with Taunt, Tornadus-T is able to check their common checks.

Taunt allows Tornadus-T to prevent set-up attempts from Pokemon such as Dragonite and Cloyster as well as hazards from setters such as like Garchomp, Heatran and Clefable (I would put preventing hazards first. Also you should write a bit about that Taunt is useful against defensive mons by preventing healing and status). U-Turn is used to grab momentum allowing Tornadus-T to bring in a teammate that both has a favourable matchup against and can abuse Tornadus-T taunting opponents (You could say: U-Turn is used to generate momentum, allowing a teammate to come in more safely especially on a taunted target...). U-Turn also allows Tornadus-T to safely bring in Pokemon that don't like taking hits often such as Mega Medicham. Knock Off allows Tornadus-T to further wear down the opponent by removing their items such as Leftovers and Rocky Helmet, further enabling its teammates. Lastly Hurricane is Torndadus-T's STAB move of choice despite its that despite its low accuracy comes of powerful due to its high power coming off of combined with Torndus-T's Tornadus-T's higher Special Attack stat. Air Slash can be run as an alternative due to its for higher accuracy however, but the loss of power means Tornadus-T can't threaten OHKOs on Pokemon such as Mega Lopunny, Serperior and Mega Medicham.

Max 248 HP maximises Tornadus-T's bulk allowing it to be as bulky as possible. This tank hits from the opponent which is exacerbated further by its ability; Regenerator. Max Speed lets Tornadus outrun most of the unboosted metagame allowing it to get off a fast Taunt vs. most set-up sweepers and hazard setters. Rocky Helmet is the item of choice to force chip damage onto physical attackers such as Mega Lopunny.

Usage Tips
========

Taunt Tornadus-T plays very differently from Assault Vest Tornadus-T since it no longer acts as a blanket check to special attackers like Mega Alakazam and Keldeo. This means that Tornadus-T has to be wary when facing strong special hits from the afformentioned Mega Alakazam, Keldeo and other special attackers such as Volcarona. Tornadus-T often times can act as a lead since it can prevent early Stealth Rock with Taunt or spread early Knock Off as well as get a fast U-Turn into a teammate with a better matchup. Tornadus-T can also come in multiple times a game especially on contact attacks to spread chip damage with Rocky Helmet while being able to sustain with which pairs well with the healing it gets from Regenerator every time it switches. This allows it to tank multiple hits throughout a game and spread chip damage with both, (AC) its attacks and Rocky Helmet. When using Tornadus-T, be wary of threats like Weavile who outspeeds and can OHKO Tornadus-T or Choice Banded Tyranitar that can Pursuit trap it and OHKO after Stealth Rock damage.

Team Options
========

Teammates like Volcarona and Dragonite appreciate Tornadus-T's ability to prevent opposing hazards. Defensive Pokemon such as Rotom-W also appreciate benefit from Tornadus-T's ability to deny prevent opposing set up attempts thus making it easier to perform its role in defensively checking the opponent. Rotom-W also pairs well with Tornadus-T since together they form a Volt-Turn core allowing for easy pivoting. Additionally, Rotom-W and Tornadus-T both check each others checks since Rotom-W checks threats like Mega Metagross who otherwise wall walls and take takes advantage of this Tornadus-T set while Tornadus-T checks Grass-types such as Serperior and Mega Venusaur who otherwise take advantage of Rotom-W. Lastly, wallbreakers such as Mega Medicham appreciate Tornadus-T preventing recovery attempts from defensive Pokemon such as Clefable and Mega Latias (Maybe you can rephrase that a little so it is clearer, that Torn supports those wallbreakers by checking its checks).
