Swampert @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Flip Turn
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Stone Edge / Mirror Coat

No thoughts. Head empty. Slow Regenerator pivot. Swampert's good bulk, low Speed, excellent defensive typing, and Flip Turn make it an effective RegenVest user, able to dart in and out of battle to win momentum for its team. Knock Off can annoy common switch-ins like Corviknight, Deoxys-D, and Scream Tail, removing their Leftovers and making them easier to pick off for offensive teammates. Stone Edge can dissuade Dragonite from setting up and can halt a potential Volcarona sweep, while Mirror Coat can threaten instant KOs against foes like Tail Glow Manaphy and Earth Eater Gholdengo that can otherwise keep battering away. Swampert should always be paired with an offensive teammate that appreciates the free momentum it generates and can pick off common Knock Off absorbers like Corviknight; this makes Chien-Pao, Iron Boulder, and Barraskewda good options. While Swampert's bulk is good with an Assault Vest, it's not high enough to dodge 2HKOs from foes like Choice Specs Walking Wake and Energy Ball Iron Moth; as such, allies that match well into these, like Desolate Land Heatran and Well-Baked Body Steel-types, are recommended. Reliable entry hazard removal like Defog Corviknight is also useful, as Spikes from foes like Deoxys-D can dig into Swampert's Regenerator healing.

(Add period?)

if possible, maybe mention hazard control options like Tusk Corviknight and Mandibuzz as Pert can be susceptible to entry hazard chip from spikes Deoxys-D.
