Welcome to the SV Ubers Speed Tiers thread!​

What's included?
All Uber Pokémon by tiering, as well as all ranked Pokémon on the Ubers VR appear here. Others will be added at the request of the community (such as Zamazenta), please post suggestions to this thread.

What does [X] mean?

• Spe is the final speed stats after accounting for base speed, EVs, IVs, natures, and stat boots. This thread is sorted by speed.
• +/- is the number of boosts on a Pokémon, the thread supports +0, +1, +2, and -1 as they tend to be the most common, others may be added if needed.
• EVs/IVs
  • The first number is the number of EVs.
  • The +/- refers to a boosting or hindering nature, no symbol means a neutral nature.
  • The number in brackets refers to any specific IVs, if it isn't specified, it's 31
• Pokémon are subsorted by their VR ranking and then A-Z

Benchmarks for speed tiers
Tier 1: Fastest -> Jolly Scarf Koraidon (607); Jolly Scarf Koraidon is the premier form of speed control in the tier, and these are the Pokémon that outspeed it.
Tier 2: Jolly Scarf Koraidon (607) -> Max Base 135 (405); This covers everything slower than Jolly Scarf Koraidon but faster than the natural base 135s, the first cluster of speed tiers at+0.
Tier 3: Max Base 135 (405) -> Max Base 90s (306); Most natural Ubers fall within this, covering the brand new mons all the way through to the original box arts.
Tier 4: Max Base 90 (306) -> 52 Necrozma-DM (203); While seeming semi arbitrary, +2 52 Necrozma-DM is the minimum speed required to outspeed the base 135s, and acts as a loose divider between speed and slow bulk/Trick Room Pokémon.
Tier 5: 52 Necrozma-DM (203) -> Everything Else; Primarily consists of fat/bulky Pokémon and Trick Room sweepers, with any seemingly random natures and EVs being to underspeed certain threats under Trick Room.
