SV OU Rillaboom+Sneasler Offense (new to sv ou so not high in ladder)

https://pokepast.es/647e5fad8fac4fc2 -This is the team.
Introduction
The team was built around rillaboom and sneasler.Rillaboom and sneasler compliment each other really well in offense. Rillaboom is band u-turn set. Rillaboom is terra grass simply bcoz grassy slide and wood hammer are it best moves.Sneasler is with grassy seed unburden mainly as a sweeper. It is terra flying to boost acrobatics damage. Greninja is an other pokemon which I decided to add just because it came out recently. But to be real its really good as a cleaner and the set is standard and grass knot was added because I did not know what to add. No idea on what terra to use would like help to decide that. Ting-lu and rotom-w compliment each other really well defensively. Got the core from sv ou good cores. Was confused on what to add for last spot and I tested a lot of things but finally I feel iron valiant fits in best.
Individual roles
Rillaboom
It was the first pokemon I added. I am using band pivot set on it. Helps in increasing the momentum of the team and adds a really nice option of priority.Knock off is being used over superpower or other options because removing items on pokemon which rilla cannot break through is nice.
Sneasler
It is op with grassy seed and rilla. Normal sword dance set to sweep or break at times. Need to weaken walls to help it sweep.Nothing much to talk about this but it has gotten me a lot of wins quickly.
Greninja
I did not know what to add so decided to add greninja. Its role in the team is to clean up.With terra it beats most tanks. Also needed a special attacker in the team.
Ting-lu
It is my special tank and electric immunity. Can set up stealth rocks for my team. Ruination is an unique move which I decided to run because I can click it any time I want and get a decent result.Earthquake is not being used due to grassy terrain. Body slam is used instead to have a chance for para. Whirlwind is pretty much standard.
Rotom-w
It spreads status and is my physical tank.Forms a decent core with rillaboom and ting-lu. Rilla+rotom-w forms pretty good volt-turn core while ting-lu and rotom-w can tank nearly everything in meta.
Iron-valiant
Iron valiant is a cm sweeper or can clean. most of the time it just spams moonblast. It is a pokemon which I added coz it fitted in well.
Threats
I am not sure as this team is relatively new will add this when I test it out more.

Thanks for posting! I'll make some suggestions to your team. This team looks like HO, so i'll convert it into more of that style.

Swap :greninja: for :manaphy:. Manaphy essentially does the same job as Greninja, but is more defensive. It abuses grassy terrain much better than Greninja does, because the healing from it helps it setup. We are going with an Acid Armour + Take Heart set, as that is the most effective in terrain. 204 Hp evs gives it alot of bulk on both sides, 252 SpA evs and a Modest nature lets it hit hard even when not setup, and 52 speed evs to outspeed Gholdengo and Gliscor. Acid Armour boosts our defense by +2 meaning that we are pretty unkillable once we get one up, as GrassyTerrain recovery also is factored in (16% healing per turn with leftovers). Take Heart boosts SpA as well as SpD by +1 as well as curing status, meaning that we are bulky on both sides and are able to heal status that might stop us from sweeping. Stored Power to take advantage of all our boosts, and Scald for a stab move that is also able to burn to help us setup even more. Tera type is Posion as its a good defensive type, as well as Eq being halved in power in Grassy Terrain.

Manaphy @ Leftovers
Ability: Hydration
Tera Type: Poison
EVs: 204 HP / 252 SpA / 52 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Acid Armor
- Take Heart
- Stored Power
- Scald

Swap :ting-lu: for :hatterene:. On a grassy terrain HO team, we want to avoid overly passive mons to take full advantage of every turn of terrain. Replacing Ting-Lu with Hatterene compresses the roles of Hazard setter as well as a setup sweeper. Its ability allows us to passively set hazards while setting up. It also gives misc utility like bouncing back status moves. We are going to go for a Calm Mind set, as that is the best suited for terrain. Grassy Seed gives Hatterene a +1 in defense meaning that if sent in on the right time, teams won't be able to stop it (Eg. Elimniated Heatran). Calm Mind to boost up Spd and SpA, Draining Kiss to recover hp while attacking, Stored Power for a crazy strong move when setup, and Nuzzle to open things up for other teammates (Hatterene can still help out even when not setup). Tera water for a good defensive type in general and resisting steel type moves.

Hatterene @ Grassy Seed
Ability: Magic Bounce
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 248 HP / 200 Def / 60 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Draining Kiss
- Psyshock
- Mystical Fire

Swap :rotom-wash: for :ogerpon-cornerstone:. You will get better milage of this swap as Ogerpon helps support your teammates with offensive pressure that can help eliminate walls that this team struggles with like Zapdos. This also is a really good mon as Sturdy offers a get out of jail free card from sweeps. We are running the standard SD set. Power Whip and Ivy Cudgel for near perfect coverage (steel resists). Low Kick to hit the only thing that resists you, and is good tech for Kingambit and Heatran. SD to boost our attack to make us more of a threat.

Ogerpon-Cornerstone (F) @ Cornerstone Mask
Ability: Sturdy
Tera Type: Rock
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Ivy Cudgel
- Power Whip
- Low Kick

Thats all! Hope this helped. Go get em! :boi:

Tried out the suggestions and I feel like hatterne is helping out a lot more than ting-lu but at the same time also feel rotom-w and gren were better than mana and ogerpon.

Manaphy over Gren is because Gren is too frail, and in the mirror matchup (Vs other Grassy Terrain, you will just get wiped by other Rillaboom). And Ogerpon over Rotom is because both act as a "defensive" wall as both often live a hit from an attack and can do something later. (Think of Ogerpon as a mini-defensive wall). Both of these switches help in the Mirror matchup. I completely understand that you might not like these changes, just thought I should explain why.

will try it out for longer then :)
