It would be really nice if there was a reservation list or something now that analysises have been open for a few days. Early on, you could grab pretty much whatever was on the VR, but now it's a chore looking through 50+ posts to see if a mon is taken or not.

This is on the to-do list, likely a reservation spreadsheet like we made last generation, but there were some updates we wanted to make, namely how we're focusing on sets over whole mons. Hopefully we'll have some type of draft up tomorrow or early next week, but we agree this would be good to have!

https://www.smogon.com/dex/sv/pokemon/dragonite/almost-any-ability/ hi, since terastalization has been banned from Almost Any Ability, should Tera Blast be removed from the analysis?
Hi, that one is actually intentional; with Aerilate, it becomes a 96 BP special Flying move, which is its best option to beat some Fur Coat users like Iron Hands.

That being said, there is sometimes out-of-date information on site, especially as the metagames shift; if you see something that looks wrong, please do bring it up here just like this!

https://www.smogon.com/dex/sv/pokemon/chien-pao/almost-any-ability/ and is chien-pao meant to just have its signature ability? its for aaa and doesnt really feel like it should have one if it just keeps the same ability, but tell me if im wrong
That is intended; it already has one of the best abilities in the game for a physical attacker (barring banned ones like Huge Power), so in AAA it often still runs it! It can also do sets like Mold Breaker and Stakeout, but those are less common, and didn't make it onto the sample sets (at least for now!)

https://www.smogon.com/dex/sv/moves/metronome/ i really wasnt sure where to put this (could've sworn there was a move description thread), but in metronomes description Plasma Fists is followed by a semicolon instead of a comma, and i think it should be fixed?
The move descriptions are actually imported directly from PS!, so any suggestions to improve those belong here: https://www.smogon.com/forums/forums/suggestions.517/

That being said, I am not seeing the issue; Plasma Fists seems to be correctly followed by a comma to me.

Yes, we're aware of all of these. They'll be changed in time.

I think the set for STABmons Azumarill is probably outdated and hence it should be removed. Magical Torque should be mentioned and given its own moveslot due to being a strong 100 BP Fairy-type STAB that can OHKO a Neutral Tera Great Tusk most of the time. Bulldoze should be an option as it can reliably OHKO physically defensive Toxapex while Hyper Drill misses the OHKO on Jolly Azumarill and is a 56.7% on Adamant. Hyper Drill is more suited to getting OHKOs regardless of Jolly or Adamant on Amoonguss.

+6 252 Atk Huge Power Azumarill Bulldoze vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Toxapex: 310-366 (101.9 - 120.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+6 252 Atk Huge Power Azumarill Hyper Drill vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Toxapex: 257-303 (84.5 - 99.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
+6 252+ Atk Huge Power Azumarill Hyper Drill vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Toxapex: 282-332 (92.7 - 109.2%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO
+6 252 Atk Huge Power Azumarill Hyper Drill vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Amoonguss: 435-512 (100.6 - 118.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+6 252 Atk Huge Power Azumarill Magical Torque vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Tera Water Great Tusk: 430-507 (99 - 116.8%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO

Extremely coincidental timing, but outdated STABmons sets are actually in the process of being fixed rn, and Azumarill happens to be one of them :P

https://www.smogon.com/dex/sv/pokemon/dialga-origin/bh/

Dialga-O first set is runing 0 ivs in attack but runs 3 physical moves.
This is intentional; the moves in question don't do any meaningful amounts of damage to the bulky behemoths in BH, and lowering your attack as much as possible gives you a far better match-up against Strength Sap users (e.g. Impostor Chansey would heal 29% instead of 34%).

The defensive Quaquaval analysis directly mentions a 0 speed IV, yet this is not part of the paste
Choice Item Meowscarada mentions Power Gem as an option, but it is not slashed. (it is mentioned as niche, though, so this is understandable)
Regenvest Hisuian Goodra has an incorrect hyperlink to Kalosian Goodra in the analysis, where "Goodra" is being used to refer to "Hisuian Goodra"
Physdef Corviknight really should list level 99 as an option, given its common usage both ladder and in tournaments

Fixed the Quacker and Goodra analyses; the Meow analysis not slashing Power Gem is intentional since it is fairly niche.

I honestly feel that level 99 Corv is pretty sub-optimal and don’t want to encourage it in analyses. Will see how the rest of the QC team feels and we can revisit it.

Thanks!
