Welcome for this first RMT in gen91v1. I built this team with the french mangeur of 1v1 Cono de la Corrèze and it’s based on a famous core of « le resto routier » which is composed of Ogerpon-Water, Skeledirge and Ting-Lu. This team has reached top 21 in the ladder of 1v1.

Ogerpon-Water brings water resist and can counter efficacely Manaphy, Urshifu-Water and other water-grass weaknesses like Ursaluna. 192+ Atk brings power and can do OHKOs with his stabs. Invests in HP and SpD admit to tank physical moves and Sludge Bomb/Sludge Wave of specs Volcanion/ life orb Landorus. Trailbraze brings cheap damages to counter Endure, Counter and beat sub Ogerpon-Water and brings cheap damages to beat other pokemon which are faster than it and cannot be OHKO by power whip or Ivy Cudgel. Substitute is to avoid Toxics, Twaves and drop of speed by Icy Wind, Fly of Choice Landorus-Therian, and to have more chance to win the game by opponent miss.

Skeledirge is the physical wall of the team. Full HP and Def spread can check setup physical sweepers like Sneasler, Ogerpon-Fire and Iron-Hands. Thanks to colbur berry, it can check easily dark types like Zarude, Meowscarada, Roaring-Moon. Will-o-wisp neutralize physical moves and breaks sturdies. Encore breaks support moves like Trick, Disable, Substitute, Leech Seed… Torch Song bypasses substitutes and boosts user’s special attack. Blast Burn is also an option instead of Encore to counter Throat Chop Chien-Pao.

Ting-Lu checks all weaknesses of the team. It can check mixed wallbreakers like Regidrago. It can OHKO offensive pokemon which activate it’s weakness policy like Iron-Bundle, Sneasler, Meowscarada… Earthquake is it’s principal STAB and 2HKO Iron Defense Iron-Crown and Bellibolt. Payback is it’s secondary STAB and do a lot of damages of Ground Resists like Air-Ballon mons and Landorus for example. Heavy Slam OHKO Fairy Types like Sylveon and light mons like Meowscarada, it’s a counter at Endure sneasler. Stone Edge OHKO will-o-wisp Volcarona.
