What is the bug?

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
unsure if repeatable, clear amulet vanished on Zalm due to me doing another move to give time to try the bug again

This is not a bug - when you use Strength Sap into Clear Amulet, the drop does not happen, but the Strength Sap user does heal. I don't think there's anything SSBU specific here that should have caused that to not be the case.
