Ribombee @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Shield Dust
EVs: 8 HP / 248 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- U-turn
- Sticky Web
- Moonblast
- Stun Spore

I started with a Ribombee with the boots because I wanted a useful sticky setter. His access to U-turn generates an interesting momentum for the team, especially for Blacephalon, which likes to switch on defensive mon like Defog Corviknight. Then I put Stun powder to slow down opponents like Weavile and Dragapult who threaten Blacephalon. 248 EVs SpA allows Ribombee to OHKO Weavile and Dragapult without fear of being OHKO first by Dragapult. Ribombee is also really useful against Garchomp because it resists to its STABs, threatening it to be OHKO in return.
252 SpA Choice Specs Dragapult Shadow Ball vs. 0 HP / 8 SpD Ribombee: 217-256 (83.1 - 98%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
248 SpA Ribombee Moonblast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Dragapult: 318-374 (100.3 - 117.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
248 SpA Ribombee Moonblast vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Weavile: 288-338 (102.4 - 120.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
248 SpA Ribombee Moonblast vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Slowbro: 150-177 (38 - 44.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
248 SpA Ribombee Moonblast vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Garchomp: 288-338 (68.5 - 80.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Blacephalon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Flamethrower
- Overheat
- Trick

Blacephalon is the main wallbreaker of the team, threatening a large part of the defensive metagame to be 2OHKO like Toxapex, Corviknight, Hippodown. His great STABs coupled with his huge SpA and good Speed Tier make it as a huge threaten of the Over Used. After the Sticky Web's speed fall, most of the Scarf opponents are outspeeds by Blacephalon. I choosed Trick as a last option to handle Blissey which can easily switch on a Flamethrower. The Timid nature allow him to outspeed Victini Scarf and Urshifu Scarf after Sticky Web's Speed fall.
252 SpA Choice Specs Blacephalon Flamethrower vs. 252 HP / 248+ SpD Hippowdon: 219-258 (52.1 - 61.4%) -- 96.1% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Choice Specs Blacephalon Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Toxapex: 160-190 (52.6 - 62.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Blacephalon Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Tapu Fini: 175-207 (50.8 - 60.1%) -- 86.7% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Choice Specs Blacephalon Overheat vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Tornadus-Therian: 388-457 (107.1 - 126.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

landorus-therian.gif

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 164 Def / 92 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- U-turn
- Toxic

Landorus-T is a classic pivot, which can takes the attacks of Kartana Scarf which threatens Blacephalon. He can put the rocks, create momentum with U-Turn, handle defensive opponents like Slowbro or Hippodown, cripple mons like Tyranitar with Earthquake, make a cup of tea... He is really useful in this team, as he can check Physical wallbrekear like Kartana scarf, Sword Dance Garchomp and Zeraora.

tapufini.gif

Tapu Fini @ Leftovers
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 252 HP / 192 Def / 64 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Taunt
- Moonblast
- Surf

Tapu-Fini Calm Mind is a fantastic late-game cleaner, taking advantage of the weakening of the opposing team, pressuring team where special walls had been weaken by Blacephalon. I choosed Moonblast over Draining Kiss to do lot of damages to Tyranitar after a Calm Mind. Taunt is useful to prevent mons like Toxapex to recover their health or to put some entry hazards on the field. I choosed Surf over Scald because of the Misty Surge which prevent Scald from burning opposite Pokemon.

rillaboom.gif

Rillaboom @ Choice Band
Ability: Grassy Surge
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Grassy Glide
- U-turn
- Knock Off
- High Horsepower

Rillaboom is a fantastic wallbreaker, coupled with Blacephalon, because of his priority move, which allow him to OHKO mons like Barraskewda. His type give an additional resistance to water and ground type. The Grassy Surge allows Blacephalon to resist an Earthquake of Hippodown to 2HKO him in return for example. It combines wonderfully with Blacephalon because it threatens water et ground team which resists to Blacephalon while Blacephalon can take care of Corviknight, Ferrothorn and others physical walls.

8 Atk Hippowdon Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Blacephalon in Grassy Terrain: 200-236 (80.9 - 95.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after sandstorm damage and Grassy Terrain recovery

urshifu-rapid-strike.gif

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Choice Band
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Surging Strikes
- Close Combat
- Thunder Punch
- U-turn

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike is a efficient sweeper in mid-game and end-game, taking advantage of the weakening of the opposite team and the Sticky Web's speed fall. He is completed with Rillaboom and Blacephalon by killing mons like Heatran and Landorus-T. The Choice Band allows him to make really strong damages, even to physical walls like Buzzwole. With the pressure of Blacephalon on the opposite team. I think Urshifu is a decent choice to complete this team, because he is able to break into the opposite weakening team.
252 Atk Choice Band Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Surging Strikes (3 hits) vs. 248 HP / 168+ Def Corviknight on a critical hit: 207-246 (51.8 - 61.6%) -- approx. 99.6% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Choice Band Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Surging Strikes (3 hits) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Tapu Lele on a critical hit: 354-417 (125.9 - 148.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Choice Band Urshifu-Rapid-Strike-Gmax Surging Strikes (3 hits) vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Slowking-Galar on a critical hit: 333-396 (84.5 - 100.5%) -- approx. 6.3% chance to OHKO

What I think I need :

--> I need a Knock Off user in my team, to take off the boots and to make the Sticky Web even more useful.
--> I'm still really weak of Tapu-Lele in early game.
--> A Defog user for Blacephalon.

Hey there, interesting team. I like the sticky webs Ribombee very much. However, you'll really struggle against opposing hazards since you don't have Defog. Since you have enough checks for other :landorus-therian: and :garchomp: such as :urshifu-rapid-strike: and :tapu-fini:, I feel like you don't need to run Toxic on :landorus-therian:. If you want to, you can change Stun Spore on :ribombee: for Toxic.

Let me get into what I think you can change. I don't have any major changes for this team.

Minor changes:
On :landorus-therian:, you can try running Defog instead of Toxic. In this way, you have a way of Defogging, then setting up your own hazards immediately.

On :rillaboom:, run Life Orb instead of Choice Band. Having too much choice locked users on your team can be a disadvantage. This also allows Rillaboom to easily pivot or also use different moves without being forced to switch out.

On :urshifu-rapid-strike:, you might want to run Choice Scarf instead of CB. You can easily outrun many faster threats allowing you to revenge kill with ease against mons that :rillaboom: can't. Especially if you choose to run Toxic on :ribombee: I would highly recommend Scarfed Urshifu-R.

Note: You can't always rely on the speed drop from sticky webs as every team has something to get rid of hazards. And usually Ribombee wouldn't last till late game or even mid-game to keep the webs up.
