The main purpose of this thread is to provide a visual list organized by roles to see what Pokemon do what. This will help both new and experienced player in finding Pokemon which can fit their teams when looking for specific roles. Each Pokemon that is here is viable in the UU metagame, and as such, it will change as the viability rankings get updated. If you think there is a Pokemon viable for the roles mentioned below and it hasn't been added to the group, then recommend it in your post with solid explanations. Pokemon in this thread are listed in alphabetical order and not based on their viability !

Ninetales should come under Choice Specs.

Given Mantine gets value from running Phys Def to check Mamoswine etc. shouldn't it come under Physically defensive wall similar to Vaporeon. If it's based on the SpD stat then I'd just put it in both or mixed.

Escav can also run CB. I'd put Escav under wallbreaker for this reason too.

Place Pangoro under priority with Bullet Punch. It has an easier time fitting the coverage than Machamp does.

Could also include speed-boosting sweepers like Rock Polish Necrozma and Shift Gear Toxtricity. I have doubts about Celebi's viability as a physical wallbreaker.

The UU Role Compendium has been updated with new roles such as Screens setter, Clerics etc.. + shifts from July.

Following the release of the Post-DLC Viability List, the Role Compendium has been updated. All the part on "Sun" has been removed since both Ninetales and Torkoal have been removed from the Post-DLC Viability List. Mamoswine has been added to the Role Compendium.

its best and most common set is mixed, I think it should go with lucario and shiftry under mixed wallbreakers and your missing in the defensive roles I think it should go under mixed, and as a screen setter. Great Post as usual moute

It's added, thanks. For Espeon I will not add it yet because both Speedlist and Role Compendium are based on VR. At the moment, Espeon isn't ranked in the VR so it can't be on Speedlist and Role Compendium !

That makes sense and 1 more thing that I noticed is that should also go under the cm setup sweepers. sorry for giving you more work

I disagree. Calm Mind Cobalion was good last gen due to it's ability to run Z-Moves to break past it's checks, such as Steelium for Gligar or Electrium+Volt for Moltres. However, this generation, Cobalion really wants a resist berry. Even offensive sets run berries from what I've seen (given I'm not really consistent at laddering so give or take here). I don't think it's a good idea to add a set that's relatively inconsistent and niche.

I would like to request that Nihilego be added to Tspike setters and Xatu be added to Magic Bounce users, Screen Setters, and Teleport users due to some people using it as a screens setter. I would probably put it in parentheses, but thats just me. If there's stuff like Klefki on here, I see no reason for Xatu not to be.

Not sure if it's just me, but Chansey isn't on the list as a special wall. It's ability to blanket check most special attacking threats is valuable, but not as valuable as it was before Crown Tundra. Regardless, I think it should be there. I also think it should be under the defensive pivot role; being one of two teleport users (arguably the worst one between Slowking and itself) is a good niche to have as of now.
