SS OU SS OU Second Team (Dracovish)

So I've just started in showdown and I'm trying to learn about team building and I tried to build a team around Dracovish because its a easy mon to use an there's not much that can take a Fishious Rend everything gets at least 2HKO (Calculations below).

:Dracovish: I built this team around it because in the rain there's nothing that can take a Fishious rend and outspeed it so it can live another one. I run Choice Band over Choice Scarf because it can KO anything really and I have enough speed control on the team to do that.
Toxapex (no rain active): 252+ Atk Choice Band Strong Jaw Dracovish Psychic Fangs vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Toxapex: 190-224 (62.5 - 73.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery
Ferrothorn: 252+ Atk Choice Band Strong Jaw Dracovish Fishious Rend (170 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Ferrothorn in Rain: 237-279 (67.3 - 79.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Kommo-o: 252+ Atk Choice Band Strong Jaw Dracovish Fishious Rend (170 BP) vs. 252 HP / 200+ Def Kommo-o in Rain: 255-301 (72 - 85%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
About the moveset it is a pretty standard set with Outrage to kill stuff like Kommo-o, Psychic Fangs to kill stuff like Pex, Crunch to lower Seismitoad's defense and Fishious Rend to kill everyone really.

:Pelipper: It's a rain setter that forms a core with Ferrothorn it can take any fighting and fire type hit really specially a physical one. I run Scald for burning purposes and in the rain it can do quite a bit of damage even without Spa investment, Hurricane because it is a good stab move and it can not miss in the rain and it can 3HKO seismitoad + the confuse chance which is really good. U-Turn I run because of Dracovish, if someone switches into a wall such as Pex and I can predict that I get a free KO bringing in Dracovish after U-Turning. Roost I run for obvious reasons, too heal of course. I run Damp Rock so I can get my rain to last more turns. I don't run defog because Pelipper isn't a good defogger it takes a lot of damage from rocks, and I can not afford to give it Heavy-Duty boots.

:Mandibuzz: I run this mon mostly because its best defogger in the tier, and I need hazard control because my team doesn't appreciate hazards as I do have Pelipper on it. As for a rapid spinner considering I have screens and sticky web on my team I want to but I can't really find a good answer to it. I run Tailwind for Dracovish as Mandibuzz can take a lot of hits so it can setup the tailwind better than Pelipper would. I run Foul Play for Dragapult as I can tank a thunderbolt from it:
252 SpA Choice Specs Dragapult Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 160+ SpD Mandibuzz: 198-234 (46.6 - 55.1%) -- 68.8% chance to 2HKO and I get to at least 2HKO it with Foul Play 0- Atk Mandibuzz Foul Play vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Dragapult: 272-324 (85.8 - 102.2%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO
I also run Foul Play because of the many ghosts in OU right now such as Aegislash:
252+ Atk Mandibuzz Foul Play vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Aegislash-Blade: 620-732 (237.5 - 280.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Mandibuzz Foul Play vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Aegislash-Shield: 140-168 (53.6 - 64.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
I run 88 speed on it but even if someone is not running max speed or not adamant I can still tank a hit
252+ Atk Choice Band Aegislash-Blade Iron Head vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Mandibuzz: 219-258 (51.6 - 60.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
I run roost on it so I can heal myself and defog for hazard controlling.

:Ribombee: I run it mostly as a sticky webber but It can be a very useful sack and a good screen setter as it outspeeds most of the hazard setters that usually lead of.
I run Light clay over Focus sash because it usually can take a hit from Toad or other setters and set up screens. Sticky web is for Dracovish as after it outspeeds most of the mons even with adamant instead of jolly, Aromatherapy is so I don't get paralyzed by clef or thorn. I use sweet veil as my sleep switch in. Also I put some extra speed evs so it can outspeed non Scarf Rotom-h, W and M so I can setup screens or sticky web.

:Seismitoad: I run as a rain sweeper and my opposing's Seismitoad check, as it can OHKO it with power whip otherwise it just clicks liquidation or EQ. Those Spa evs are for Ferrothorn as I can 2HKO it assuming Focus Blast hits. Earthquake is for Pex and other mons as it hits most of them neutrally, Liquidation for 2HKOing Corviknight in the rain and those speed Evs are so I can outspeed Zeraora in the rain. It usually just spams liquidation when opposing's seismitoad is not around. Life orb is so this mon can hit hard.

:Ferrothorn: This mon is very good in rain and I don't see a reason not to run it Resists most of rain's weaknesses. I run stealth rocks as my secondary hazard (sticky web as a primary one), Power Whip for opposing Seismitoad Thunder wave so Dracovish can outspeed Dragapult after sticky webs and leech seed for recovery. It also forms a very good core with Pelipper, that is why I run Sp. Def Ferrothorn instead of Def, as Pelipper is my defensive wall and Ferro is my Speacilly defensive one. This is also my switch into Rotom W and Rotom M.

This is my team I hope you can help me Improve it as I would really appreciate it if you could. Have a great day.

I would strongly suggest using scarf on Dracovish because there's no need for more power, by using scarf you can almost guarantee you go first, doubling Fishious Rend's power to 170, then the power goes to 255 with STAB, then strong jaw brings it to 382.5, then if you have rain it goes even further to 573.75! Easily KOing mons whether they resist water or not. I have been using a rain team and a scarf dracovish has swept away so many teams with just that one move it's crazy.

First, thank you for the suggestion, but the whole purpose of this team is to have speed control with it using tailwind and sticky web as Dracovish doesn't 2HKO Ferrothorn even in the rain when with scarf. And I feel like its a bit overkill to run scarf + Sticky web + Tailwind.

If you could suggest any other kind of speed control or other mons instead I would really appreciate it

Oh my bad I didn't realize you were running both the tailwind and sticky web lol. Looks pretty solid, but for my rain team, I use knock off over hurricane on pelipper, just because I think a defensive pelipper landing a hurricane won't make as much of a difference as knocking off the opponent's item. Pretty much the only teams I lose too when using rain are sun teams, because they can cancel rain dance, hurt pelipper with stealth rock, hit rain sweepers hard with solar beam, and speed control also becomes a problem because of things like clorophyll or prankster whimsicott. I haven't really found a reliable answer to sun teams yet, but I'm just putting it out there. If you're having success vs sun teams could you tell me the secret lol?
