np tr which runs 6 speed prob deserves a mention
14 speed also deserves a mention cause its faster than all the stacked 13 speed tier (like porygon/slowfoo)+outspeed almost all non-boosted/scarf mons under webs

Maybe add scraggy after double dragon dance? It’s not very common for it to get off two boosts, but it’s more common than running into a random scarfed charmander set

without factoring in stat changes -spe natured 0 iv/ev munchlax has a meager 4 speed idk with the afterward speed changes but i do know that level 1 munchlax with minimum speed+6- stat change and iron ball has 0 speed
