Eiscue is a weak and frail Pokemon whose only niche is using a predictable sweeping set that gets stopped by almost any special attacker and most physical attackers. It is entirely outclassed as a physical setup sweeper by Crustle and Silvally formes.

Eiscue aims to use Substitute to facilitate safe setup and then use Belly Drum to activate its Salac Berry and setup to +6 Attack, making it faster than unboosted Pokemon under base 100 Speed with its Ice Face intact and letting it outpace nearly the entire tier if its Ice Face is broken. However, even at +6 Attack, it misses key OHKOs due to Icicle Spear's unreliable damage and is extremely easy to revenge kill with any faster special attacker or Choice Scarf Sawk, which ignore Ice Face. Use Crustle or Silvally formes as setup sweepers instead.

However, even at +6 Attack, it does pitiful damage it doesnt deal pitiful damage, but it misses some ohko especially since Icicle spear is unreliable and is extremely easy to revenge kill with priority should its Ice Face be broken, while it can be revenge killed by faster special attackers if its Ice Face is still intact no, it is extremely easy on the other hand to revenge kill it with Scarf sawk or any fast special attacker since eiscue needs to sacrifice most of its health to setup. Use Froslass or Jynx instead as offensive Ice-Type Pokemon. same as in overview, it is more comparable to Shell Smash and sd users than to other Ice types.
