I have an idea that would help everyone on this forum, because im thinking of under the Smiles box, there should be a Sprites box so you can add Pokemon Sprites to your post. This would give posts the ability to be alot more detailed.

Most people already know where to get the sprites from. It would just mean that Smogon would have to host them, I think, and it would clutter the reply to topic page.
I think this would actually help for convenience, not much otherwise though. I can certainly see the utility in writing ongoing analysis as well as in pokemon general discussions in UT.
Though I can't imagine this would high priority, I think it would encourage the use of the sprite. This woulda helped me early on in UT so I didn't have to look shit up constantly on serebii or google.

What Atheno said. It's not too difficult to google the pokemon name, click "Images", click "Icons", then find the sprite. In fact, I think that's even easier then scrolling through 650+ sprites trying to find the right one.
EDIT: Firestorm, how likely is it that somebody knows the pokedex number of each pokemon. If you're going to look up the Pokedex #, you're probably better off just using Google Images to find it.
