Dragapult is an excellent offensive pivot, thanks to U-turn paired with an incredibly high Speed stat alongside powerful status moves such as Will-O-Wisp and Thunder Wave. This deadly combination allows it to manuever around slower threats and cripple foes consistently over the course of a match. Hex is a great way of checking Poison Heal Pokemon like Gliscor and Snaelstrom, using their own status against them while also abusing its own status conditions as well. Will-O-Wisp can be used to neutralize threatening Physical Attackers such as Kitsunoh, Great Tusk, or Zamazenta, while Thunder Wave can be used to cripple Pokemon that have an immunity to Burn like Iron Moth or Mollux, and slow down fast attackers like Darkrai, Stratagem, or Cresceidon, allowing its teammates to switch in and effectively deal with them. Draco Meteor is the STAB move of choice, nailing opposing Dragon-types such as Walking Wake, Miasmaw, and Chuggalong before Clangorous Soul. Tera Fairy is used to turn Dragapult's Dragon-type weakness into an immunity while also allowing it to become resistant to Dark-type attacks from the likes of Darkrai or Kingambit.

Dragapult is a great pick for offensive balanced teams, being a complement to  entry hazard setters such as Arghonaut, Gliscor, or Mollux, that can assist it by chipping down foes who don't have Heavy Duty Boots or reliable hazard removal. In return, Dragapult can assist these Pokemon by being a reliable Speed control that can switch in and spread Status or deal good damage then pivot. Knock Off users like Colossoil or Kitsunoh pair greatly with Dragapult to remove Heavy Duty Boots from opposing Pokemon to help force further chip damage when coupled with Will-O-Wisp variants alongside entry hazards. Fairy-type Pokemon like Hemogoblin and Cresceidon threaten Dragapult around every corner, making Pokemon like Venomicon or Galarian Slowking great teammates to let Dragapult safely pivot out. Galarian Slowking pairs well with Dragapult with Chilly Reception, allowing it to have a solid pivot core. In return, Dragapult removes Ghost- and Dragon- type threats to them with its powerful dual STAB, though when using Hex Dragapult needs to spread status first and foremost. Although Dragapult has a Speed tier almost unmatched in the metagame, Booster Energy users like Iron Valiant or Iron Treads can threaten Dragapult, so bulky defensive teammates like Equilibra can efficiently be switched in to take a super effective hit aimed at Dragapult. The aforementioned Fairy-type Pokemon also partner well with Dragapult as they can help ease pressure against opposing Dragon-types while powering up Dragapult's Hex from their own status moves.

Checks and Counters
===================
**Fairy-types**: Considering that Dragapult can barely touch Fairy-types, they always threaten it out on the field especially bulky defensive Fairy types like Clefable and Cresceidon, with both being able to spread Paralysis and slowing Dragapult down. Though, Cresceidon doesn't like to be statused in return. Faster threats like Booster Energy Iron Valiant & Pixilate Extreme Speed Hemogoblin can outspeed and KO Dragapult. Iron Valiant, however, can only check Dragapult one time with Booster Energy, while Hemogoblin's Extreme Speed has limited PP.

**Dark-types**: Ting-Lu, Darkrai, or Samurott Hisui, are key threats that can hit Dragapult with a super effective attack or be a reliable switch in to Hex due to their Ghost resistance. However,  status can hinder these foes, as Darkrai doesn't enjoy being paralyzed while Ting-Lu and Samurott Hisui fear being burned. Additionally, Knock-Off users like Weavile and Choice Scarf Samurott Hisui can not only get rid of Dragapult's item, but also hit it super effectively.

**Shox**: Shox is one of the best counters to Dragapult as it has an immunity to Ghost moves, immunity to Thunder Wave, doesn't care if it gets burned, and carries moves like Ice Beam, Knock Off, or Encore.

Dragapult @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 60 Atk / 196 SpA / 252 Spe 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Tera Type: Fairy
Naive Timid Nature
- Dragon Darts / Draco Meteor
- Hex
- Will-O-Wisp / Thunder Wave
- U-turn

I think rearranging the moves here makes a bit more sense to show that the main draw of this set is status spreading + Hex followed by U-turn and then Dragon STAB of choice.

Example:
- Hex
- Will-O-Wisp / Thunder Wave
- U-turn
- Draco Meteor

Also with Roaring Moon being banned to Uber, full special EVs is the way to go and therefore Darts isn't needed as a slash however it does need to be mentioned in Set Details as it still can allow Pult to get around Blissey and have an easier time against Sub variant of Kyurem while also having a better time against stall.

Dragapult is an excellent offensive pivot, thanks to U-turn paired with its an incredible incredibly high Speed stat complemented by a colorful arrangement of coverage options alongside powerful status moves such as Will-O-Wisp and Thunder Wave. varying in Status, Pivot, and all out attack, This deadly combination allows allowing it to roam freely manuever around slower threats to spread Status and consistently deal significant damage cripple foes consistently over the course of a match. Dragon Darts is a great STAB move that hits key Dragon-type targets such as Dragonite, Chuggalong, and Miasmaw. Alternatively As mentioned above, Dragon Darts is no longer being slashed but do make mention of it as an option here. Draco Meteor is the STAB of choice, nailing opposing Dragon-types such as Walking Wake, Miasmaw, and Chuggalong before Clangorous Soul. could be run with more Special Attack investment to ideally do the same damage to those threats along with others like Pajantom or defensive switch ins like Venomicon. Utilizing Status moves like Will-O-Wisp or Thunder Wave are a great complement to Hex as it doubles its power. Will-O-Wisp can be used to outspeed and neutralize threatening Physical Attackers such as Kitsunoh, Sarahaja A better example such as Great Tusk that is more relevant than a CAP effectively in CAP UU would work better here, or Zamazenta, while Thunder Wave can be used to cripple Pokemon that have an immunity to Burn like Cinderace Iron Moth or Mollux, and slows down Special A fast attackers upon switch in like Darkrai, Stratagem, or Cresceidon, allowing its teammates to switch in and effectively deal with them. Additionally Hex is a great way of checking Poison Heal Pokemon like Gliscor and Snaelstrom, using their own status against them. Definitely elaborate on this more by stating that Dragapult becomes very potent with this once it spreads its own status conditions as well. Tera Fairy is used to turn Dragapults Dragon-type weakness into an immunity while also allowing it to become resistant to Dark-type attacks from the likes of Darkrai or Kingambit.

Remember to rearrange the order of moves in the above paragraph to match the arrangement of moves in the actual set.

Heavy Duty Boots
Dragapult I assume you meant to put the mon's name here and not the item it is running lol is a great pick for offensive balanced teams, being a complement to hazard setters such as Arghonaut, Gliscor, or Mollux, that can assist Dragapult it by chipping down foes who don't have Heavy Duty Boots or a reliable hazard removal. In return, Dragapult can assist these teams Pokemon by being a reliable Speed control that can switch in and spread Status or flat out deal good damage then pivot. Knock Off users like Colossoil or Kitsunoh can greatly pair pair greatly with Dragapult on these style of teams to remove Heavy Duty Boots from opposing Pokemon to make it easier for Dragapult to force a switch out. I would elaborate here on the fact that this helps force further chip damage when coupled with Will-O-Wisp variants of Dragapult alongside the aforementioned entry hazard setters. Fairy-type threats like Hemogoblin and Jumbao Cresceidon threaten Dragapult around every corner, making Pokemon like Venomicon or Galarian Slowking great teammates to let Dragapult safely pivot out. I would mention Galarian Slowking specifically pairs well due to Chilly Reception allowing it to have a solod pivot core. I would also give a special mention to Fairy-type Pokemon such as Hemogoblin and Cresceidon as partners that can help ease pressure against opposing Dragon-types and either benefit from the status Dragapult provides (Hemogoblin) or help spread status (Cresceidon). In return, Dragapult removes Ghost- and Dragon- type threats to them with its powerful dual STAB. I do agree that Dragapult is fast and can handle some of these threats, but in most situations Dragapult is gonna need a status for Hex to be powerful against other Ghost-types, as 65 BP is not great even with STAB so I would reword this a bit to make that known. Although Dragapult has a Speed tier almost unmatched in the metagame, Booster Energy users like Iron Valiant or Iron Boulder choose a more relevant Paradox mon here can threaten Dragapult, so bulky defensive teammates like Toxapex or Corviknight I would pick a couple more relevant options here such as Mollux or Equilibra. can efficiently be switched in to take a super effective hit to Dragapult and slow pivot although the earlier option would just switch out.

Checks and Counters
===================
**Knock Off**: Knock Off will shut this set down as it relies on heavy duty boots to cancel out any damage from hazards that may be set, while also being super effective against Dragapult. While Dragapult doesn't like Knock Off, I am not entirely sure you need its own section as Knock Off is gonna cripple Dragapult in many ways. If anything, I would loop this into the Dark-types section and mention specific Knock Off users such as Weavile and Samurott-Hisui.

**Fairy-types**: Considering that Dragapult can barely touch Fairy-types with its spread, they always threaten it out on the field especially bulky defensive Fairy types like Clefable and Cresceidon. Faster threats like Booster Energy Iron Valiant & Pixilate Extremespeed Hemogoblin can outspeed and opt for a KO on Dragapult. Which ultimately would resort in retreating to an aforementioned bulky teammate to take the super effective hit. unnecessary fluff.

I would also elaborate more on what each Fairy type can do such as Cresc/Clefable paralyzing and slowing Dragapult down, but also mention that in Cresc's case it doesn't like being statused. Also mention Iron Valiant can only check Dragapult one time with Booster Energy and Hemogoblin's Extreme Speeds are...well...extremely limited lol.

**Dark-types**: Bulky, or swift, Dark-types like Ting-lu, Darkrai, or Samurott Hisui, are key threats as they can blatantly ignore the issue of Status and just that can hit Dragapult with a super effective attack or be a reliable switch in to Hex due to their Ghost resistance. mention specifically how status can actually hinder them in the case of Darkrai being paralyzed or the other 2 being burned so they do fear switching into Dragapult. Making Dragapult have to dance more carefully around the battlefield and rely solely on teammates who can help check them.

**Choice Scarf users**: Pokemon like Meowscarada, opposing Dragapult looking to not rely on a coin flip, or non Booster Energy Roaring Moon, are key threats that outspeed non Choice Scarf Dragapult and KO it on the spot. This entire bit needs to be reworked...Choice Scarf users is a fine section for C&C but Pult never uses Scarf in regular play (I know it is a fairly decent/common set in Mono tho) and ofc the fact Roaring Moon has been banned. If anything, I'd mention Samurott-Hisui here again thanks to it having a viable Scarf set.

I also think a specific shoutout here to Shox would be cool mainly since it is immune to TWave, doesn't give a shit about burn, and is immune to Hex...all while carrying Ice Beam, Knock Off, or Encore.
