Rotom-H's role in the metagame is to be a powerful special attacker while also being a great stallbreaker withTrick. Overheat hits Steel- and Grass-types such as Aegislash, Corviknight, Ferrothorn, and Celebi. Thunderbolt hits Flying- and Water-types, such as Mandibuzz, Primarina, Milotic, and Toxapex. Trick is used to Choice-lock stall Pokemon like Galarian Corsola and Type: Null into setup moves so that they can't touch Rotom-H. Rest is used to recover HP against Pokemon that got Choice-locked into attacks like Galarian Corsola with Night Shade. The EVs allow Rotom-H to outspeed maximum Speed neutral-natured Incineroar, survive three Night Shades from Galarian Corsola, and stall it out with Rest after crippling it with Trick, and 2HKO Incineroar and Arcanine.

Due to Rotom-H being a slow Fire-type, it is easily taken out by Rock-types and fast Water-types, such as Rhyperior, Tyranitar, Crustle, Keldeo, and Blastoise. Bulky Water-types such as Gastrodon and Pyukumuku can deal with this weakness. Rotom-H helps these Pokemon in return by being able to OHKO Grass-types like Ferrothorn, Venusaur, Rotom-C, and Celebi. Due to Rotom-H's attacks being Fire- and Electric-type, Dragon-types such as Haxorus, Hydreigon, and Dracovish can tank Rotom-H's attacks and KO it in return. Fighting-types such as Choice Specs Keldeo and bulky Choice Band Sawk can deal with these Dragon-types. In return, Rotom-H provides a check to both Flying- and Grass-types and also resists Electric-type attacks from Zeraora, Rotom-C, and Togedemaru.

Rotom-Heat's role in the metagame is to be a powerful Special Attacker whilst also being able to beat Pokemon that need to boost their stats a great wallbreaker with the use of Trick. Rotom's damage output comes from Overheat and Thunderbolt. Overheat hits Steel-types, Grass-types, and Ice-types such as Aegislash, Corviknight, Celebi, and Ferrothorn, and Darmanitan-Galar (hitting usually implies beating so darm-g wouldn't apply here, i'd just remove ice-type mentions at all bc no other relevant ice types are beaten by using overheat t1). Thunderbolt hits Flying-types and Water-types, such as Mandibuzz, Primarina, Miltotic, and Toxapex. Trick is used to Choice-lock other stall Pokemon like Corsola-Galar and Type-Null (i won't make this into an am gp but for future reference it's [Galarian Pokemon] and [Type: Null] into set-up moves so that they can't touch you. Rest is used to recover HP, in case that the Pokemon you tricked attacks you, like Night Shade from Galarian Corsola. The EVs allow you to outspeed 252 Speed Incineroar, and HP is for Corsola-Galar Night Shades so you are able to take three and stall it out with rest after tricking it. The rest of the EVs are dumped into Special Attack for maximum damage output.

Due to Rotom-Heat being a slow Fire-type it is easily taken out by Rock-Types and fast Water-Types. Pokemon such as Rhyperior, Tyranitar, Crustle, Keldeo, and Blastoise are all able to take advantage of Rotom-Heat's typing and mediocre speed tier and OHKO it with their STAB. Fat Bulky Water-types such as Gastrodon and Pyukumuku can deal with this weakness. Rotom-Heat helps these Pokemon in return by being able to OHKO Grass-types like Ferrothorn, Venusaur, Rotom-Mow, and Celebi. Due to having only Rotom-H's only attacks being STAB moves, Dragon-types such as Haxorus, Hydreigon, and Dracovish can tank Rotom's attacks, and kill it in return. Fighting-types such as Bulky Band Sawk and Choice Specs Keldeo can deal with these Dragon-types. Rotom-Heat provides a check to both Flying-types and Grass-types and also resists Electric (what mons specifically).

honestly for the most part this looks pretty good, tag me when you implement the change and I'll give it my stamp of approval

To be honest, I'd really recommend glancing over the standards. While you're not expected to know it cover-to-cover, properly formatting X-types, forme names, etc really helps GPers a lot. It should also help the checker and you focus on the less trivial errors such as verbosity and redundancy so that you can improve more on writing :>.

Rotom-Heat's Rotom-H's role in the metagame is to be a powerful Special Attacker whilst special attacker while also being a great wallbreaker with the use of Trick (isn't stallbreaker more accurate?).
