With Soul Dew equipped, Latios is a powerful offensive threat with a unique defensive profile that gives it a notable niche in the metagame, being one of the only offensive Pokemon with a complete immunity to Spikes. Psychic Noise allows Latios to shut down recovery attempts from defensive Pokemon, particularly Blissey and Corviknight; alternatively, Luster Purge is a much more powerful move, potentially allowing it to break past Pokemon such as Galarian Slowking and Gholdengo that would otherwise check it. Calm Mind gives Latios enough power to easily pressure defensive walls, notably OHKOing specially defensive Gliscor with Draco Meteor after Stealth Rock; however, Aura Sphere can be considered as an alternative option that can hit Steel- and Dark-types like Kingambit and Ting-Lu that would otherwise force it out. Shadow Ball, while less common, can be used to smack the likes of Gholdengo and Iron Crown. Recover gives Latios more opportunities to fire off powerful attacks over the course of a game, combining with its Spikes immunity to shrug off most forms of passive damage. Tera Steel is invaluable as a defensive Tera type, granting Latios a total immunity to Toxic and also allowing it to set up against the likes of Galarian Slowking, Dragonite, and Enamorus, as well as alleviating pressure against Pokemon such as Weavile and Kingambit.

Latios finds its niche on balance and bulky offense teams that enjoy its wallbreaking capabilities. Zamazenta is a phenomenal partner for Latios, capable of forcing out Dark-types such as Kingambit, Darkrai, and Roaring Moon, and it appreciates Latios for being able to smash through physical walls like Gliscor and Alomomola. Kingambit is another Pokemon that enjoys Latios smashing holes through defensive teams carrying defensive Pokemon like Alomomola and Moltres, and in turn, it can offensively check the likes of Gholdengo, Iron Crown, and Hatterene; conversely, Tinkaton is a good alternative to Kingambit as a Steel-type, instead providing Latios with entry hazard support and being able to leverage its superior defensive profile to more reliably check threats like Iron Valiant, Darkrai, and Weavile. Knock Off support from the likes of Ogerpon, Weavile, and Meowscarada is also greatly appreciated and enables Latios to put even more pressure on defensive teams, allowing for the aforementioned faster teammates to clean up late-game; all of these Pokemon also appreciate Latios for being able to lure in and remove Kingambit with Aura Sphere. Hisuian Samurott is another excellent partner, as it provides both Knock Off support and hazard pressure in Ceaseless Edge, and acts as an offensive check to Kingambit and Gholdengo which Latios greatly enjoys, while Latios can easily come in on and threaten massive damage on Pokemon like Alomomola and Zapdos that can check Hisuian Samurott. Similarly, Ting-Lu is also appreciated as a teammate, providing Latios with a sturdy check to Dragapult, Darkrai, and Iron Crown while also being able to set hazards. Cinderace can offensively pressure many of the tier's Steel-types and can bring Latios in with U-turn against Pokemon such as Gliscor and Garganacl that Cinderace struggles to break past; Moltres is another great teammate for Latios, as it can act as a stopgap to threats like Kingambit, Kyurem, and Iron Valiant while also bringing Latios onto the field safely with its slow U-turn. Lastly, Great Tusk is another Pokemon that can remove items for Latios with Knock Off and provides Latios with a resilient offensive check to Kingambit; on the other hand, Great Tusk enjoys having Latios rip through its checks, particularly Alomomola, Zapdos, and Moltres.

With Soul Dew equipped, Latios is an immensely a bit exaggerated powerful offensive threat with a unique defensive profile that gives it a notable niche in the metagame. Psychic Noise allows Latios to shut down recovery attempts from defensive Pokemon, particularly Blissey i feel like it's worth mentioning Corviknight as well, who can tank both of Latios's stabs with the added benefit of pressure depleting the relatively low pp of draco/luster purge; alternatively, Luster Purge is a much more powerful move with a similarly important secondary effect just state what is it/cut this, currently its just fluff, potentially allowing it to break past Pokemon such as Galarian Slowking that would otherwise check it. Calm Mind gives Latios enough power to more easily pressure defensive cores you talk about core then only mention one defensive mon, either expand on said core or just replace it with Pokemon/walls, notably OHKOing specially defensive Gliscor with Draco Meteor after Stealth Rock; however, Aura Sphere should be considered as an alternative option that can hit Steel- and Dark-types like Kingambit and Ting Lu that would otherwise force it out, while Flip Turn is another valuable tool that gives Latios the ability to safely bring in one of its teammates on a Pokemon it struggles to deal with comment above. Recover gives Latios more opportunities to fire off powerful attacks over the course of a game, taking advantage of its Spikes immunity by making it significantly harder for defensive teams to outlast through passive damage combining with its Spikes immunity to shrug off most forms of passive damage you dont have to say it exactly this way but you can defo shorten it. Tera Steel is invaluable as a defensive Tera type, granting it a total immunity to Toxic and allows it to set up against most common variants of Dragonite and Enamorus, both of whom would otherwise threaten it. worth mentioning how it also allows it to perform much better into kingambit by not having to tip toe around sucker, as well as other dark/dragon types like weavile or roaring moon

Latios finds its niche on balance and bulky offense teams that enjoy its wallbreaking capabilities. Zamazenta is a phenomenal partner for Latios, capable of forcing out Dark-types such as Kingambit, Darkrai, and Roaring Moon and appreciates Latios for being able to smash through physical walls like Gliscor and Alomomola. Knock Off support from the likes of Ogerpon, Weavile, and Meowscarada is also greatly appreciated and enables Latios to put even more pressure on defensive teams, allowing for the aforementioned faster teammates to clean up late-game. this paragraph can be expanded on, you miss very common latios partners like hamurott, gliscor, n ting lu (also houndstone has 15% usage with latios somehow???), and a point about hazard setters in general especailly since one of latios's strengths is that it can force out a lot of mons with its powerful stab and force in checks that hate taking hazards, also its weird you mentioned how knockers are good for latios without mentioning the hazards that said knockers enables lol
you can talk about how gliscor is a nice defensive partner that can check the steel types as well as other offense darks with toxic, same with ting lu except its even fatter and vomits hazards everywhere, and hamurott is a nice partner in general that lays a bunch of hazards while acting as a pseudo check to dark types, don't gotta talk about them all but at least 1-2 would be nice (hamurott is the highest usage partner, if you want to go by usage)

With Soul Dew equipped, Latios is a powerful offensive threat with a unique defensive profile that gives it a notable niche in the metagame. (Add a sentence talking about how Latios is nearly completely immune to entry hazards because of its immunity to Spikes and neutrality to Stealth Rock. This is probably Latios's most defining trait as an offensive Pokemon so I think it should be mentioned in the intro.) Psychic Noise allows Latios to shut down recovery attempts from defensive Pokemon, particularly Blissey and Corviknight; alternatively, Luster Purge is a much more powerful move, potentially allowing it to break past Pokemon such as Galarian Slowking and Gholdengo that would otherwise check it. (Draco Meteor has a good roll to OHKO offensive Gholdengo after a Luster Purge drop so its an important mention imo.) Calm Mind gives Latios enough power to easily pressure defensive walls, notably OHKOing specially defensive Gliscor with Draco Meteor after Stealth Rock; however, Aura Sphere should be considered as an alternative option that can hit Steel- and Dark-types like Kingambit and Ting-Lu that would otherwise force it out. (Shadow Ball can be mentioned as an alternative attacking option that also helps against Iron Crown and Gholdengo.) Recover gives Latios more opportunities to fire off powerful attacks over the course of a game, combining with its Spikes immunity to shrug off most forms of passive damage. (Good mention.) Tera Steel is invaluable as a defensive Tera type, granting it a total immunity to Toxic, allows it to set up against most common variants of Dragonite,(AC) Slowking-Galar,(AC) and Enamorus, and alleviates pressure against Pokemon such as Weavile and Kingambit.(AP) (I think it is worth adding several alternative items, as Latios's unique immunity to entry hazard lets it run a very high variety of them. Leftovers can further excentuate Latios's longevity and can pair well with Calm Mind to make it more difficult to stop. Rocky Helmet is another decent item to punish a few of the physical attackers such as Great Tusk that may want click Rapid Spin on Latios and synergizes very well with Tera Steel since it lets Latios punish a wider range of attacks such as U-turn or Knock Off.)

Kingambit is another Pokemon that enjoys Latios smashing holes through defensive teams, and in turn can threaten the likes of Gholdengo and Hatterene that Latios struggles against; (Would highlight that Latios has positive MUs against a handful of Pokemon Kingambit can struggle with, like Moltres, Dondozo, and certain Great Tusk variants if it Tera-Steels. Its not entirely reliable at this however, so its ok if you leave it out.) conversely, Tinkaton is a good alternative to Kingambit as a Steel-type, instead providing Latios with entry hazard support and can leverage its superior defensive profile to more reliably check threats like Iron Valiant, Darkrai, and Weavile. Knock Off support from the likes of Ogerpon, Weavile, and Meowscarada is also greatly appreciated and enables Latios to put even more pressure on defensive teams, allowing for the aforementioned faster teammates to clean up late-game. (Add a mention of how these Pokemon appreciate Latios's ability to lure Kingambit with Aura Sphere, since they can struggle if they don't run the appropriate coverage.) Hisuian Samurott is another excellent partner, as it provides both Knock Off support, hazard pressure in Ceaseless Edge, and a check to Kingambit and Gholdengo that Latios highly enjoys, while Latios can easily come in on and threaten massive damage on Pokemon like Alomomola and Zamazenta that can check Hisuian Samurott. (Latios isn't extremely great against Zamazenta since Crunch will be doing a lot of damage so I'd drop it as a mention of a mon Latios easily comes in on. Latios isn't entirely safe against Great Tusk, but I think it would be a more appropriate mention here since Latios does do well against the standard 3 Attacks set of Headlong Rush / Ice Spinner / Rapid Spin with Terastalization.) Similarly, Ting-Lu is also appreciated as a teammate, providing Latios with a sturdy check to Dragapult, Darkrai, and Iron Crown while also being able to set entry hazards.

(There are a couple of other partners that could be mentioned. Cinderace really appreciate's Latios's ability to pressure most of its defensive checks like Gliscor, Garg, and Alomomola, and can offer some utility against Kingambit with Will-O-Wisp & pressuring Gholdengo. Great Tusk's synergy with Latios isn't the best, typing wise, but it does do a great job of checking Kingambit and appreciates Latios's ability to pressure Dondozo and Alomomola. Gking is good at pressuring Fairy-types that Latios will typically struggle against like Iron Valiant. Moltres should be mentioned for similar reasons, while also handling Cinderace and appreciating Latios's ability to handle Alomomola and Dondozo. A few Pokemon to check Roaring Moon like Garganacl or Clefable also wouldn't hurt to mention as partners. )
