Introduction:

Hello Smogon, here I am again with a RMT this time it's a Sunny Day team that was without a doubt my best team the team that style, the theme was chosen because I am a big fan Sonic the point of having all consoles Sega and Sonic games in the series chose Generations because I am a very funny when I went to buy it since I'm Brazilian and not speak English very well here in Canada when I was buying it I went through much trouble because they could not understand what I said, good attempt to show the RMT this time using sprites of past generations and to show the style that uses Sonic generations showing that Sonic now in almost every Sonic game more old also has its shares during the game.

Team Building Process:

The creation of the team started with Ninetales, because Victribeel work very well as can Ninetales by the sun in the field which is of great importance for the Victreebel.

149.png

Dragonite came soon after to be a good counter to Volcarona that usually come in front of Victreebel Quiver Dance, where she can use without too many problems

639.png

He had chosen only three Pokémon that none of them could kill Chansey / Blissey and two of them owned weakness to Rock, Terrakion entered solving this problem with Close Combat kills two fat and still has resistance to Rock.

the team was almost ready had only two problems I hate taking damage from Sunny Day Entry Hazards and suffers a lot from it is another stab is that Dragon could bring all the members which means Haxorus, Salamance, Dragonite easily defeat me, because it comes Forretress Dragon has a resistance and it would be a great check them besides having Rapid Spin to take the Entry Hazards, Heatran has very Sp.Attack is that it is great for abusing the sun that has stab fire and still boost the sun.

The Team in Detail

038.png

Female | Leftovers | Drought
252 HP / 164 SDef / 92 Spd
Calm Nature (+SpD, -Atk)
- Will-O-Wisp
- Flamethrower
- Pain Split
- Roar

Ninetales Pokemon is by far one of the most wide level can be useful having a good HP and Sp.Def is a reasonable until Spd can make good use of Drought which is very important for the team because it is necessary to keep the sun the team can show its full potential, Flamethrower is your blow stab despite not having as much power as Fire Blast has a greater amount of pp which is much needed since I use a Moveset pro defensive side, Will-o-Wisp can away with some physical attackers using the Predict guess where such an exchange pro Tyranitar and leave already burned which is a very big help because besides make him die slowly strokes his physical become much less effective, Pain Split is blow your recovery where I can recover a bit of HP and still get the opponent's, Rest is also one option that would free many shifts so I opted for Pain Split, Roar closes the moveset is taking a big help as Calm Mind Jirachi Pokemon , etc ... they Latias after a few boosts that could really cause many problems.

071.png

Male | Black Sludge | Chlorophyll
252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 Def
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
- Growth
- Giga Drain
- Weather Ball
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Victribeel makes a great combination with Ninetales because it can make use of the sun and fielded by the fox is becoming an attacker while Revenger Killer very good, has a blow that sets it apart from Venusaur why your choice Wheater Ball becomes the Fire type which makes use Hidden Power of the type that I want what I ensures a much greater coverage, Growth using the sun has its effect improved by increasing the Attack and Sp.Attack the Ninetales by +2 which makes even more dangerous, Giga Drain is his stab coup that has a very good effect of the damage taken by the opponent's Pokémon in the HP Victreebel what with Black Sludge is a combination of great effect as the leaves survive longer , Wheater Fire Ball by becoming able to OHKO at all besides hitting Steel Ice / Grass, Hidden Power Ice closes the set creating a very large coverage in which I now also hit Dragons and Flying Pokémon where as Gliscor, Thundurus-T Tornadus-T Dragons in general need to be very careful since after Stealth Rock damage all take OHKO, except that Gliscor and defeated even without the damage from Stealth Rock.

149.png

Male | Leftovers | Multiscale
252 HP / 108 SAtk / 148 SDef
Calm Nature (+SpD, -Atk)
- Draco Meteor
- Roost
- Thunder Wave
- Fire Blast

Dragonite is a very powerful Pokémon indeed despite having lived long in the shadow of his companion with Salamance gain Multiscale he could change this picture is one of today's most used Pokémon OU metagame, Dragonite is the main responsible in handling Volcarona they usually come in and make use of Victribeel Quiver Dance, it solves this problem because it has already Thunder Wave which leaves much less Volcarona ultilizavel besides getting hold both their Stabs Fire Blast, Bug Buzz, is also a great check to Rain Teams where to get Draco Meteor takes 55% of Politoed and able to handle all that comes from it blows Waters does not matter whose, Politoed, Keldeo, Rotom-W can handle it and respond with Draco Meteor, Draco Meteor and stab her, Fire Blast Steels sees that with the sun in OHKO Jirachi SPD, Ferrothorn and companions such, Roost is his coup recovery and Thunder Wave is used to paralyze leave some Pokemon what makes Heatran can carry out an attack on the whole team adversary to be faster.

639.png

Male | Choice Scarf | Justified
252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SpA)
- Close Combat
- Earthquake
- X-Scissor
- Stone Edge

Terrakion since his arrival was always a lot of scaring pokémon is in BW 2 this has not changed with his figthing Stab Rock and it still causes fear, and Terrakion responsible for besides defeating Blissey and Chansey is also a great Revenger Killer doing a great job along with Victribeel with everything still is my main response against Tornadus-T that causes many problems often leading a team of Pokémon, yet adds a resistance to rock the team which is very important for both Dragonite and Ninetales have weakness, Close Combat is your stab and cause 2OHKO in everything and he did not resist and not big Def, Stone Edge is another of their hits Stabs is used to Salamance, Dragonite, Tornadus-T, Thundurus-T Etc. .. X-Scissor makes it possible to cause damage to Celebi, Latios, Latios so super effective, Earthquake closes the moveset for lack of choice.

485.png

Female | Air Baloon | Flash Fire
252 SpA / 56 HP / 200 Spd
Modest Nature (+SpA, -Atk)
- Sunny Day
- Magma Storm
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power Ice

Before here was a SpD Heatran works well only until he died that very easy then I saw this on a moveset RMT here and decided to test and it worked fine with it because I can do much harm besides getting beat Politoed with Magma Storm if the sun is field which is 2OHKO, Sunny Day causes me to have the sun on the field even without Ninetales, Magma Storm is a very powerful Fire stab despite a 75% chance to hit your power is worth the risk because it causes damage great even in the strongest Bulky Waters, Earth Power makes that I can hit Tyranitar and other Heatrans, Hidden Power Ice closes the moveset hitting Dragons, Gliscor.

205.png

Female | Leftovers | Sturdy
252 HP / 224 Def / 32 SAtk
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Forretress has many functions where the team plays and also use Stealth Rock Rapid Spin to remove the Entry Hazards, Stealth Rock is of great importance for any team because with the damage it and cause possible OHKO some Pokemon that would not be defeated without it, Rapid spin removes Entry Hazards my opponent because this team does not have much taste in them taking damage, Volt Switch is a great help because it makes that I can escape from Magnezone if you see a team in opponent, Hidden Power Ice closes getting hit Gliscor , Pokémon Landorus-T manages to come I did not do anything with Forretress.

Hey man, nice team here. I can't think of too much to change but one thing I can suggest is that you use SolarBeam > HP Ice on your Heatran. The Heatran you are currently using is certainly an effective set but using Solarbeam would allow you to easily beat defensive Politoed and win the weather war. As it switches in to a Magma Storm you can set up the Sun allowing you to easily sponge a Scald and do a massive amount of damage with Solarbeam. Other than that I have nothing else to add. Good luck with your team!

Your ability is Flash Fire On Ninetails. I will do a full rate later on, but so far that just looks like a mistake.

I would consider trying Toxic over Earthquake as you basically hit nothing new for super effective aside from Jirachi and whatnot, but Close Combat is still very strong. This allows you to hit bulky walls easier such as Hippowdon, Jellicent, and Slowbro. Sacred Sword and Rock Slide also can work here. Just not Earthquake. I also suggest using Solar Beam over Earth Power, as that Heatran's goal is to defeat other weather setters, and it cannot do this with Earth Power, or at least as succesfully. I also suggest trying. Timid nature on Heatran, this allows you to outrun some important Pokes, while retaining bulk.

Hey, cool team here. It doesn't seem like you're very weak to a lot of threats so not very many changes will really be necessary. Mixed dragonite is a pretty cool 'mon in general. With the bw2 move tutors, you can now run a set with draco meteor / roost / fire blast / superpower legally with multiscale. I'd also switch your ev spread to 252 atk / 252 spa / 4 spe. This will allow dragonite to pose a much larger offensive threat then your bulkier spread. Another option is to test a dragon gem over leftovers at this point. Most people assume that dragonite almost always runs dragon dance. This allows you to lure in huge threats to this team such as hippowdon and get a surprise ko with dragon gem boosted draco meteor after a small amount of prior damage. Although scarf terrakion provides you with a decently solid rock resist, I think that testing dugtrio > scarf terrakion would be much more beneficial to this team. Dugtrio allows you to trap some of the biggest theats to sun teams such as terrakion, ttar, etc which helps victreebell sweep later in the match. I'd probably try a set with substitute / eq / reversal / stealth rock, max atk and spe, hasty nature, focus sash and a 21 hp 0 defense and special defense ivs. This will allow dugtrio to substitute down to 1 hp guaranteeing that reversal will be maximum power unless you don't spin away stealth rock. If you don't care for dugtrio too much, I'd definitely run toxic > eq on terrakion as pdc said.

You should probably run solarbeam > earth power on your heatran set. The entire point of running that heatran set is so that you can trap politoed much more easily which is key to winning with a sun team. If you decide to test dugtrio over terrakion, I would run toxic spikes > stealth rock on forretress which can be extremely helpful as it cripples annoying 'mons such as hippowdon, politoed, etc which can stop victreebel in its tracks. Finally, I'd test sunny day > pain split on ninetales which is really just a better move in general as pain split is pretty poor recovery in general and sunny day is really great for other weather 'mons switching in.

I would definitely recommend using Solarbeam on your Heatran, to kill opposing Politoeds easier. Changing Heatran to a Timid nature, would also let it outspeed all non-Scarf Politoeds. I would recommend putting Solarbeam over Hidden Power Ice, as you need Earth Power for opposing Heatrans, as you don't have a Dugtrio (the set would be a lot less effective if a popular Pokemon like Heatran could switch in with little fear). Magma Storm still hits most dragons really hard anyways.

Hi I fought this team on PS and defeated it. (Close match) but my Stoutland caused a lot of trouble especially because I was able to defeat ninetale quickly allowing my sand to be up for the rest of the game. And my Stoutland was banded and had sand rush. Once I took out your terrakion it was over. So if I may suggest adding a dugtrio on your team to trap and kill the other teams weather that would be beneficial to your team. You could probably replace your Forretress with it. Even though you are losing a spinner which is mainly there to keep dragonites multiscale intact dragonite has roost so on the switch you roost back up any lost damage. Hope this helped.

Thank you all for your rating, give a good answer for everyone because the tips were like, I will test the SolarBeam Heatran really seems a more reliable, the biggest problem is that this team is losing the War Wheater Good Game because it is very hard to answer, test them in place of the Dugtrio Forretress.

Hey,

I'm back to rate yet another team of your Miles Tails, and in every team I can see you have thought it out well. First off, definitly use Leftovers > Black Sludge on Victreebel. Black Sludge may hurt any trick abuser, but that trick user can then just pass Black Sludge off to another team member essentially annoying 2 pokemon on your team. I definitly second the Dugtrio suggestion here, as without it your team may struggle to win the weather war against Tyranitar.

Anyway I saw a pretty big weakness to Mamoswine, as besides Terrakion he either carries the priority move or has the sheer power to blow your team apart really. Forretress can switch into it, but It can do nothing in return besides put up Stealth Rock or attempt a rapid spin. If the said Mamoswine is one of the rare few that run Stone Edge > Superpower Heatran can revenge it but still thats a very iffy way to deal with it. Once Terrakion is down he could definitely run through your team, and if it switches in at any stage during the match something is probably going down. Thats why I definitly reccomend Gyro Ball > Hidden Power [ICE] With 0SpeIV's on Forretress as it allows you to switch in to Mamoswine, and beat him up with a powerful STAB Gyro Ball that will ensure he can't do anything to your team for the rest of the match

GL with the team

I would definitely agree with Asek's suggestions. Currently, Mamoswine can switch into Forry for practically no cost, and procede to smash your team with its STAB attacks. Gyro Ball makes sure Mamoswine won't be switching in for free. With this switch, I would also alter the EVs, possibly moving the SpA EVs into Atk to make Gyro Ball more damaging (since Volt Switch won't be your "attacking move of choice" anyways.)

Good luck with the team!
