I'm curious about the simple TLDR on why SS Urshifu was banned but RS Urshifu wasn't
both are banned in gen 9 because of abusing Tera; if you're talking about Urshifu-S in gen 8, you can read about it here.

Hello, where or who I should ask about account management and how the page manages certain data? Incidentally, I want to know if when you change data like your birthday or email if the old data is still stored somewhere or is deleted for good. Should I ask the one specified by the "contact us" link from the Privacy Policy?
For that matter, I would like to change my birthday too, but in private and not in a indexed thread. Should I ask the same guy or request to do it privately on the correct thread?

React bans are done manually. I've removed it now, so don't do that again.
I can’t log on to my smogon account to play even though I can log on here. Is there anything I can do to fix it?
Is your Smogon account another one besides this one? It'd be helpful if you could describe the issue with as many details as possible

The Email Verification Process I think is broken here
I've changed my Smogon email a few times in the past few months & it says "If you change your email, you may need to reconfirm your account.'
But I have never needed to Verify the new change
I also had to Recreate a new account (To re-access this account; was Solved by a Staff Member) & when I signed up, I didn't need to verify, & i never got an email to verify the account
To me this sounds really buggy because anyone could just sign up with a random email that doesn't belong to them

In terms of how to get avatars and such, there are certain point values assigned to each badge and Showdown drivers (for example Community Contributor is 1 point while Community Leader is 4) and a custom avatar requires 6 points. The only badges to not give points are Tiering Contributor and Pre-Contributor (aka Ladybug).

I have been a Smogon Spooky main for years and inquired about this.
The site is undergoing an upgrade / maintenance today/tomorrow. Unfortunately, as part of this, Spooky has been retired. That doesn’t mean it won’t ever come back, but there are currently no plans for it to.

It can come out of retirement. Halloween is next month cmon, what do we have to do to get Spooky back? Actually what do we have to do to submit a custom skin? People on this forum have put in more effort for less I'm sure

i thought it'd be fun for my discord to have some of them, couldn't figure out how to get it with html (seems to just reference a file i cant get to) and if you try to open image it gets the elements behind the reacts instead (example):
