20:18 Stone_Cold22 well, being here for 5 years...me and someone else thought it could be cool to kind of have a smog article thats a history lesson? whether it's memories from the past regarding tournaments or more noteable....the transofrmation of pokemon from 2007-current. for example, in 2007 in DPP, if you used scarftar, you were a fucking noob idiot, wheras DD Tar was
20:18 Stone_Cold22 really the only common pokemon to use. and that's the same with a plethora of sets
20:18 Stone_Cold22 so i dunno, some people find the history aspect of the game or users pretty interesting
20:19 Stone_Cold22 ofc it can be expanded on
20:20 Birkal yeah
20:20 Birkal sounds solid
20:20 Birkal post an article approvals thread
20:20 Birkal with like, that exact text
20:20 Birkal and we can approve ya
20:20 Birkal you can just c/p; doesn't have to be fancy

if there's a specific to be focused on, or what you'd want to focus on whether it's a look through moveset changes or even me finding a handful of users who share specific memories throughout the years.

Yeah, we talked about this on IRC, and I'd love this article. Ties in the newer generation with the old one, and has the potential to teach a lot of information. If another Smog Staffer approves, let's move forward here.

Even if it's just how the metagame has changed over years. From Yanmega and Electivire being everywhere to being a running joke haha.

Sure, this sounds great. Since both Birkal and I are on board, approved. If you don't already have access to the Article Workshop, please apply for Smog Access here and post again letting us know you've done so.
