What is the bug?
Putting Counter and Slack Off on Slowking isn’t listed as an illegal combination when Slowking (but not Slowpoke) got Counter through gen 3 tutors but Slowking couldn’t get Slack off naturally, you had to evolve a Slowpoke knowing Slack Off from gen 4 or later.
In SwSh, Slowking gets Slack Off by level up, so this combination is now possible
